Bought navy school hair accessories, one of the bows broke after the fourth wear. Not happy considering the price paid.

Just to add that after I complained and sent photo of broken bow, I received offer or replacement or refund.

Such pretty hair accessories, even better as reduced in the sale. Quick delivery, highly recommend.

I recently purchased some hair bobbles and clips for my daughter.

When I received my order, I noticed that there were two separate products which were defective.

I emailed the company with pictures and they responded ASAP. They apologised and asked if I wanted to receive a refund or replacement, I asked for a replacement.

The replacements were sent promptly and were in great condition.

Overall, despite receiving defective products initially, the company handled my concerns well and put things right in really good time. Great customer service!

Lovely Alice bands and clips for my daughter, they were in the sale so extra bargain! Delivery didn’t take too long either.

they are more beautiful in live!!! I'm pretty sure that my 4 daughters will like it as I am. Can wait Christmas morning to see their reactions!! The customer service is great, they answer ASAP and solve problem regard delivery (local currier didn't deliver on time). I'm going to order again. Quality is great!

Email to say items dispatched on 28th November via ‘Royal Mail 48’ yet still not arrived and it’s now 15th December!

Hello, still not received my parcel. It says it’s at Milton Keynes depot and has been there almost 2 weeks now. Hoping it arrives for Xmas.

I really wanted to order something decently made for my girls to wear for their school concert and really wanted to avoid the hyperscalers. Unfortunately it took over a week for the order to even be handed over to Royal Mail and I am still waiting to receive the parcel (it’s been 10 days and now there are strikes, so I hope it will be here before Christmas)….

Ordered 28th November. Still not received parcel which included a gift for a birthday on 9th December. Asked customer services who say delay is due to 'Due to the extensive industrial action during November' and 'Hopefully it gets to you very shortly!'. They asked me to rearrange delivery but I don't have this option. I know Royal Mail strikes are not their problem per se but it is when I desperately trying to support smaller companies rather than the easy route of prime.

My order was delayed due to the ongoing Royal Mail strikes. Mimi and Lula checked my order status swiftly when asked and kept me informed about the whereabouts of my order. All received safely now and as always beautiful quality 👍

Good quality products that are just a little bit different …headbands that are perfect for a little girl

I have not yet received my order dated 25th November and have missed a birthday present deadline. Disappointed as this has not been my past experiences.

My daughter found the website and forwarded it to me. With a suggestion that my granddaughter might like som of the items for her birthday this month and her Christmas also. I found so many beautiful items I had different to choose. When the items arrived I was delivered by the quality. I have passed on this website to my friends.

Beautiful hair clips. My daughter usually pulls clips out of her hair but she loves these. Really fast delivery too! Will definitely order from Mimi and Lula again.
