I love Mimi and Lula products. They use the most beautiful colours and rather than the plastic rubbish that you buy from most shops that are only designed to last for a few uses, Mimi and Lula products will last for decades. I've passed them down between my children and they'll be passed on to others after them :-)

Really disappointed with my purchase, the description said the clips were covered, but they are only covered on the front meaning the part that’s against your little ones head is sharp and metal.

Lovely customer service. Had a duplicate xmas gift and wanted to return one without the original gifter knowing. They swapped it no with no issues. Also waited patiently for me to get to the post office as covid hasnt made it easy. Gorgeous products also.

I ordered some stuff for her birthday and unfortunately a wrong item was delivered. I emailed them and they responded immediately, acknowledged what happened and have sent the correct item out for delivery in time for my daughter's birthday. The way I judge good service is how a company responds when something goes wrong and these guys have gone above and beyond to make things right. So thank you!!
