Loved the tap and the service was good... very helpful

Was an easy experience, my item turned up on time.

Initially trying to get in contact was next to impossible, this was explained away by one person being away and a glitch in the system. Surely someone else could recognise that and rectify as that would cost many thousands in sales.
Once we did finally get through the service was good.
I was not happy with the quoted $200 delivery fee to regional Victoria. But we managed to arrange pick up by my son without any issues.

I'm very happy with the vanity I purchased. Great products and service.

I recently bought an ADP vanity from MimiCoco. It arrived quickly and looks great! The mimicoco team were very responsive and helpful over email, even though we had a few issues getting through on the phone. Overall, I’m really happy with the purchase and would definitely order through them again.

Very difficult to contact Mimicoco staff member. Communication about a $10k purchase took weeks. When he went on leave, no one from the Yoemans team could help with queries. A pity because a wildly different experience compared ti a few years earlier. I like the products but don’t believe I would buy from this company again.

Product came in a timely manner, was not right for the space but the returns policy was clear and easy to follow. Not finalised yet but so far experience has been very positive

Kept up to date with purchase as product was on back order. Shipping was very fast once product was available. Very happy! Would buy again from this website.

Very quick delivery. 4 stars for that - would give 5 if i had installed the items without after sales service needed. Should after sales service be needed and provided it was a positive experience.
