Bad experience canceling an order

Couldn't cancel an order after placing it. Had to wait for the package to be delivered and then to return it on my cost, and also pay an absurd 20% fee for restocking.

Hi Vlad - We are sorry we could not cancel your order. By the time you requested to cancel your order our supplier had already despatched your order directly to your address and we were unable to intercept it.

When placing an order with Mimicoco customers agree to terms and conditions which includes 20% re stocking fee for returning goods.

All suppliers charge Mimicoco a re stocking fee for returned orders to cover their costs in processing, picking, packing and despatching the order.

Hence the 20% re stocking fee to charged to customers.
