I loved the content that was shared…

I loved the content that was shared during the e-course. I would rate it 5 stars if it would be filmed with close-up shots, because the course had a lot of excercise for the lips and the mouth and it would be clearer if it were closer.

Beware of the $1 Trial Trap

Beware of the $1 Trial Trap – Unfair Practices and Rigid Policies. I originally signed up for what was advertised as a $1 trial course. Unbeknownst to me, this hid an automatic monthly subscription renewal that charged me $39 the following month. When I realized the charge, I immediately contacted their support. Even though they explicitly acknowledged in the email thread that I have ZERO usage and have never even opened or accessed the course materials since the trial ended, they flat out refused to issue a one-time refund. They hide behind their rigid "Cancellation & Refund Policy" to keep money for services that were completely untouched. Customer support managers (Nicolas and Maria) just copy-paste the same script without any flexibility or care for fair business practices. Highly disappointed.

I purchased a course advertised for $1…

I purchased a course advertised for $1 and was later charged $39 after a 7-day trial converted into a monthly subscription. I contacted customer support and asked for a refund, but the company refused, stating that subscription payments are non-refundable. I personally found the subscription terms insufficiently clear at the time of purchase. I recommend carefully checking all subscription and renewal terms before buying.

I never signed up for any course or monthly charge but here I am disputing a $39 monthly charge. Watch out!

I bought 1 course

I bought 1 course, and they charged me for a full membership like 55$. I have logged in , canceled it. Got confirmation and was again charged!!! They refuse to refund the money as per "thier policy". No costumer service like talking to the wall.
I think its scam be aware!

Read everything very carefully before purchasing from them

Their sales method is tricky. They sell attractive courses for barely anything, but what you are really agreeing to is a $39 monthly subscription, with a "trial period" of 7 days. I'm sure I wasn't aware of that.

After I received a message from my bank about the charge on my credit card, I wrote to customer service asking for my money back, and I received a NO for response, because my trial period had expired, and I agreed to a subscription when I purchased a $1.00 course and 3 others for $0.5 ea. I explained to them that besides checking I could have access to the content I bought, I never went back to their platform, and I haven't even gotten any use out of the four courses I bought, let alone the subscription. The answer is still no.
Their sales tactic is so underhanded that they simply charge your card without first sending a message to let you know that the trial period is about to end and that your card will be charged the next day.

Don't buy any product from Mindfuleve

Don't buy any product from this company. They will attach a monthly membership subscription to your credit card and won't allow to cancel it. It will charge your card every month up until you block them. Stay away!

Myo therapy games has excellent content

It was easy to access to the plataform, and easy to see the course, The course is very very helpfull, and easy to understand, I also like that the time for each video is maximum 12 minutos.

Great customer support

Customer support I received has been great, I needed to cancel my free 7 day subscription that came with the course I purchased and Nara was extremely helpful and got that sorted for me within a matter of minutes.

I would of give 5 stars but I’ve not had long enough to fully review the course I purchased.

I had an excellent experience with MindfulEve Support, especially with Serafi. From the beginning, Serafi was patient, professional, understanding, and genuinely willing to help me resolve my issue. The level of customer care and communication I received was outstanding, and I truly felt valued and supported throughout the process.

Very disappointed with this company.

Very disappointed with this company.
I purchased a course for $1, expecting a one-time payment, and later discovered that I had been charged for a monthly subscription that I never intentionally signed up for. The subscription terms were not made clear enough during the purchase process.
I contacted customer support and requested cancellation within what I believed was the free trial period, but the experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
This feels misleading and unfair to customers. Please read everything very carefully before purchasing from this company.

The variety in courses they offer, is truly phenomenal. There’s is plenty for everyone. All are amazing courses and practices to raise the vibration of the collective, through this learning. I’m so glad this space exists

Avoid at any costs

Avoid at any costs. I had to cancel my credit card because they refused to acknowledge that I didn't want to continue after my trial period. Sent multiple emails to their customer support and got zero answers.
PS. I canceled my subscription BEFORE the trial period was over and never got an asnwer.

They offer very interesting percussion courses; I especially liked Adriana Olarte's "Rhythm Of The Soul" course, it is very well explained.

It is a fraud...

It is a fraud...Selling a course for 1 USD and not making it clear that you enter a subscription. Very dishonest and unprofessional.

Terrible

Terrible. I've unsubscribed but tried to charge my card anyway... Fortunately I've blocked them before expecting that could happen. At the same time I've unsubscribed newsletter but they keep spamming you to provide a review here. There's my review. A web that has different names and changes as they want to get recurring subscriptions.

Selling a course for 1 USD and not…

Selling a course for 1 USD and not making it clear that you enter a subscription. Very dishonest and unprofessional. I wouldn't call it a scam but their intentions are not very 'mindful'.
Update to MEs response:
Yes, you send an email but you do it in a way that customers think they just got the confirmation for the 1USD-course they bought. And in that email the necessary information is well hidden. This is a shady practice. If you put the word 'subscription' somewhere in the header, nobody would say a thing. Scam!

Its a SCAM!!!

Its a SCAM!!!! Dont go with it. They start charging you little to get you going, taking advantage of your situation then they charge you so much and of course never refund the money. Its a waste. I used it a couple of times and was charged so much through the subscription. The customer service isnt good just like any SCAM Business, dont use it
