instructions for use are difficult to read or download

The produces are great. My only up grade would be to have more how to videos

Smaller than it looked I photos in fact very tiny

Everything was good except the picks are to flimsy. I've tried them in a couple locks I had around and it started to twist them. I opened one lock with the key to look inside and see if it moves the tumblers and it did but twisted before it would open the lock. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thank you.

Waited a long time but it was definitely worth it. Beautiful ring, just as advertised.

The pen works perfectly between tiles.
However if one is trying to color the black grout that is indented, it is very hard.

The company responded quickly to my letting them know that I’d been overcharged by $10.00
They found the error and proceeded to refund me $8.99. The extra dollar I was not aware of was for shipping insurance. Their speed to find out what happened and correct it so quickly is impressive.

It was a lot smaller than what was pictured in the ad. It’s nice but quite small.

This bag is adorable, and so many colors to choose from. It's like a mini notebook holder, except for medication. Is great for traveling.

The wallet is perfect for me. I like the built-in credit cards pop up system and the pocket to store currency. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

It was easy to order and my sunglasses arrived within 1 1/2 weeks and they look and fit really nice. I would have rated higher but for a snafu on the amount charged at the time of purchase. However, it was quickly remedied after I contacted support.
