Avoid at all costs I took the test paid £1.95 to receive results which were just the questions I answered reworded into longer paragraphs so told me nothing new then I received and payment of 40 pounds which I clearly did not sign up for and do not intent to use there description in any capacity I immediately cancelled my subscription and have messaged the help team multiple times to ask for a deserved refund but all I am receiving is automated replies absolutely outrageous particularly if there main audience is going to be vulnerable DO NOT USE

Hidden costs / Account set up.
Did one of their online tests last month, at a cost of £1.99, to compare it with the various profiling tools I use in my work. Genuinely had no idea that I was signing up for anything.
Received an email today ‘thanking’ me for my ‘subscription’ and advising that I will be charged a recurring £39.99 a month! I immediately went onto their website and cancelled the subscription. I then checked my bank account to see that £39.99 had already been taken! I naturally then blocked any further payments to them.
Despicable behaviour, especially when you consider what they are meant to represent. And for what it’s worth, the portfolio of ‘stuff’ is rubbish compared to the more well known sites / providers.
Avoid this scam at all costs.

I was charged £40 without any warning…
I was charged £40 without any warning and placed on a monthly subscription plan for £2 a month. I never agreed or signed up to this. Even worse it is impossible for me to delete my account information and card information without having to email them directly. Absolutely shameless.

This feels like a scam
This feels like a scam. I tried to cancel my subscription through their website, but the cancellation code always arrived about 8 hours later. Customer service only sent automated replies, and I ended up cancelling my card because I didn’t want to keep paying for nothing. Avoid!!!

Podpisuję się pod każdym słowem. OSZUŚCI!! Każda rzetelna firma przesyła informację o odnowieniu subskrypcji, a tu dowiedziałam się że mam subskrypcję jak pobrało mi 165 złotych z konta! Zawsze pilnuję takich rzeczy!! Wysłałam zgłoszenie oszustwa do banku i zgłosiłam sprawę do Urzędu Ochrony Konkurencji i Konsumentów!

Für 1,95€ kriegt man ein nichtssagendes Ergebnis, für das sogar die 1,95€ zu viel sind. Per Zufall habe ich in der Mail gesehen, dass ich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe, welches ich sofort gekündigt habe.
Sowas dreistes sollte man verbieten.

Es un engaño
Es un engaño, realizas el test, te dan una valoración muy superficial, y te meten una suscripción mensual que si no estás atento, por el precio que te cobran por esa valoración, activas la membresía.
Hay que tener mucho cuidado con ese tipo de opacidad en las suscripciones y me parece deleznable que lo hagan en una página que promueve la salud mental.

Misleidend. Niet transparant.
Een vriendelijke uitnodiging om een test af te nemen. Om te kijken hoe je scoort op ASS. Maar nergens staat erbij vermeld dat het 1,95 kost. Dat is al misleidend. (En ook zeer vervelend, want als je niet wilt betalen kom je daar pas NA die test achter en heb je dus je kostbare tijd verknoeid). Eerst een test laten invullen, en pas daarna geld vragen. Dat hoort zo niet en zou vooraf duidelijk moeten worden gezegd. -- En dan nog iets: als je evt toch besluit die 1,95 te betalen, dan lukt dat niet omdat dat alleen via G-pay of creditcard kan. Wat is dat nu weer voor onzin. Ik betaal via. Pay Pal, Molly, Wero, Tikkie, eigen bank, etc, maar toevallig niet een van deze twee. Dus zelfs al wil ik betalen, dan kan het nog niet omdat ze niet meer mogelijkheden hebben. -- Genoeg reden om je genaaid te voelen. Ben achteraf ERG BLIJ dat mijn betaling niet gelukt is, want uit de reviews blijkt dat ik dan had vastgezeten aan nog meer frustraties. Gelukkig ben ik zover niet gekomen. -- In het kort: Heel jammer dat men over de rug van kwetsbare mensen geld probeert af te troggelen. Wees aub vanaf het begin transparant. Dan ben je veel geloofwaardiger. En krijg je misschien ook betere reviews.

I paid for one report at the price of £1.95 and they signed me up to a subscription of £40???
I emailed and asked for a refund. People on the emails take ages to reply. I was told I would receive a refund on “5 business days”. 8 business days later I still have not received payment. Absolutely disgusting to take advance of people like this.

A scam of a company. You pay $1.95 and apparently that means they’re allowed to charge you $30 every month for the rest of your life. Unable to cancel on the website and no one replies to their support emails.
