Schlechte Erfahrung. Durch eine wenig aussagekräftige und nicht hilfreiche Testauswertung, die nicht kostenfrei ist, kommt man schnell auf ein Abboniment. Es wird dann nach 7 Tagen deutlich kostspieliger. Kundensupport funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Fazit: Abzocke. Klare Empfehlung: Nicht ausprobieren. Unfair, intransparent, kundenfeindlich.

Vorsicht versteckte Abo Falle, Betrug!!!!
Vorsicht Betrug!!!
Durch den kauf eines ADHS Test der einmalig ein paar Euro kostete, ist man in ein verstecktes Abo hinein gerutscht...(Was strafbar ist) Ich finde das eine Frechheit. Ich wollte gar kein Abo und so schnell konnte ich gar nicht gucken wurden mir 41,49 euro vom konto abgebucht. Ich werde gegen Mindprofil rechtliche schritte einleiten, es sei denn sie zahlen mir das geld unverzüglich zurück.
Eine Anzeige bei der Polizei werde ich ebenfalls stellen.
Kundenservice von Mindprofil ist das aller letzte. Dort antwortet einfach keiner, ich habe schon 3 mal dort hin geschrieben und keine Reaktion. Eine Hotline gibt es nicht.
Also Leute, Finger weg von MINDPROFIL!!!!
Ergänzend....Mindprofil lügt. Durch den Kauf von dem Test ist man automatisch in einer abofalle gefangen und bekommt erst bei der Abbuchung des Geldes mit das man im Hintergrund ein Abo abgeschlossen hat. Man hat sich bei mir gemeldet, allerdings will man eher wissen warum man das Abo gekündigt hat und das man sich freuen würde zu bleiben. Es wurden mir 50% (20€) für die nächsten 2 Abbuchungen (wenn ich die Kündigung rückgängig machen) angeboten.
Jetzt mal im ernst, Mindprofile schämt ihr euch nicht? Das ihr abends noch schlafen könnt ist mir ein Rätsel. Wie kann man die Menschen nur so verarschen! Aber keine Sorge, ihr bekommt die Quittung und die wird teuer. Ich hole mir mein Geld auf Rechtswegen wieder zurück!

Dont do this! Test results are useless, very generic and short, and after a month you get an invoice of 40 dollars because apparently you signed up for a subscription.
They are scammers!!!!

Achtung Abofalle!
Unverschämtheit. 1,95€ für einen nichts aussagendes ADHS Test. (Kann ich besser Angst im Internet recherchieren!!!)
Achtung Abofalle: verstecktes Abo bei Kauf des Tests - man muss innerhalb einer Woche kündigen!
Habe ich sofort gemacht und trotzdem wurden mir 39,95€ abgebucht!!!
Kundenservice ist grottenschlecht. Habe 4x bereits geschrieben (Kündigung geht nur per Mail) und bisher nur die Bestätigung meiner Kündigung erhalten- aber kein Geld zurück. Absolute Abzocke. Werde nun weitere Schritte einleiten.

Ignoring request for refund and cancellation
I asked paid the £1 to access an ADHD test and the company scammed me by subscribing me without any indication/ clear policy that this would happen. They charged me £50 and I have repeatedly requested a refund, at least 7 times, and they keep ignoring my email. I will be reporting this to the relevant authorities to make sure this company is shut down.
Refund my money.

Oplichters
Het zijn oplichters! Ik heb een korte test gedaan via deze platform en heb voor betaald 1,95. Vervolgens hebben ze ineens een abonnement aan mijn account gekoppeld en 39,99 afgeschreven. Ik heb ze een bericht gestuurd dat ik niet van plan was een abonnement af te sluiten. Ze hebben aangegeven dat ze mijn abonnement stoppen en geld terug zouden storten. Ik ben inmiddels 3 weken verder geen geld terug.
30-07- 2026: na heen een weer te mailen. Zeggen ze dat ik het zelf met de paypal moet gaan regelen. Dat ze de terugbetaling hebben verwerkt. Het geld heb ik nog steeds niet.
Deze bedrijf is niet te vertrouwen

ACHTUNG!!
Keinen TEST kaufen - man kauft automatisch ein Abo für 39,90 monatlich mit und der Test ist nicht wirklich mit großer Aussage!!!
Ich habe es jetzt der Verbraucherzentrale gemeldet, da es keine Option zur Kündigung gibt, weder um das Abo dann zu kündigen oder das Konto.
Das einzige was man tun kann den Support anschreiben.
Zum Glück war mein Konto nicht gedeckt und die konnten das nicht abbuchen!
Außerdem ist auch kein Impressum bei der Webseite angeführt!
