I just finished up week 3 of the java masterclass program.
The instructor at MineAcademy does such a great job at setting you up for success in the coding world, and even in real life.
10/10 course, can't wait to get onto the others.

Awesome tutorials for beginners and intermediates, not too fast and explaining things so anyone can understand. The bonuses are fantastic too, a JetBrains license is already worth a lot on its own and you get it in the same package. 100% recommend.

Having bought this course, I was expecting something great and unique that no others were able to replicate. So, here's my experience:

The course is definitely well-structured and simply understandable, which makes it great and much easier to continue.

I used the project orion course first which also had a java masterclass packaged, it was all definitely of use but I was too experienced to be getting any new knowledge from the project orion and texted the owner to transfer me to another one which he did without a problem and that's when I knew that I would get so much new knowledge from it and how useful it's going to be in the long run.

Every video explains how and why things work in a specific way and it's definitely something that most people don't feel like it is necessary to include, which I strongly disagree with.

You get regular meetings on a fixed schedule where your question is definitely not going to get lost in the group. The explanations are always clear and precise, which I enjoyed so much, however, you do have to be fast when asking a question because the meeting has a limited time (mostly, because not many people attend it).

Great support & a very good service.

I've been using MineAcademy for a while now, and it has been a smooth and great experience.
The courses are explained well, and they are very good even for someone with no prior coding experience.

Matej & MineAcademy have been absolutely awesome!

I'm currently working through the System Admin 2.0 training, and even with 8+ years of development experience, including 3 years focused on AI, I'm still picking up all sorts of golden nuggets on how to stitch various pieces together effectively.

One standout moment: the course walks you through how to get approved for $5,000 in Microsoft credits and tie that to Github copilot to use the latest Claude Models for free. That alone already delivers much more value than the cost of admission, before even factoring in everything else you learn!

The AI skills covered throughout the course are practical, relevant, and immediately applicable. If you're considering it, don't hesitate, highly recommended!

Well MineAcademy seems to be a good Place to start learning java and minecraft plugins, but actually its the worst spot. its expensive and the teacher ( Matej ) only teaches his stupid foundation system, not how to do it in the native versions of spigot which is completly useless because he is always talking about being self reliant but then we rely on him with his foundation. really cant recommend this course to anyone out there.

MineAcademy has amazing courses, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get into Minecraft development. I have made 3 plugins since taking Project Orion and NMS Advanced. Teams plugin (Fully GUI controlled), A server core with many features like essentials, but more GUI controlled, and I have made a HCF addons plugin, with reclaims, redeems, airdrops, partner packages, and much more, all of it is GUI controlled. I hesitated for almost a year before joining trying to watch YouTube tutorials but I learned nothing. Highly recommended.

I joined MineAcademy more than 5 years ago. I remember having to ask my dad to buy me the course because I couldn't afford if myself. And now I can say that it was the best decision.

I was learning how to code while having fun - doing something I always loved - playing Minecraft.

2 years after joining MineAcademy, I already got a coding job for a German client because I learnt solid foundations and MineAcademy taught me how to think.

The best thing about MineAcademy is that you learn step by step, from a total beginner to getting hands on advanced topics like proxies or minigames in the same program. Matej is an incredibly hard working and dedicated person and I recommend MineAcademy courses to anyone who wants to level up his or her skillset.

Some of the highest quality courses on programming I've ever seen. I've known Matej for 5 years and he always delivers amazing trainings and support. Highly recommended if you want to learn Java, code plugins, grow your network or simply develop a high paid dev skillset.

MineAcademy has helped me land a job in cybersecurity. I highly recommend Project Orion if you want to improve your Java skills. It goes waaay beyond just Minecraft :)

Project Orion is really good for people who has 0 existing experience with plugin development. It teaches the basics to even advanced things. I haven't seen anything close to what Matej teaches in Project Orion anywhere on YouTube.

Honestly didn't write code for many many years, and this course has helped me relearn coding. I also learned life lessons in this course and really impacted me. It goes beyond coding. and I'm grateful for that.

MineAcademy honestly has some of the best plugins I’ve ever used. ChatControl alone replaced like five different plugins on my survival server. I've reached out to their support when I first bought from them and they were super chill and helpful. Honestly, I can recommend any of their plugins as long as it fits what you’re looking for.

I am a father and six years ago we gave access to MineAcademy to our child of 10. This early access and ability to collaborate and work with has inspired our child. She is now a lead developer on a game in the Roblox platform and preparing for college. What a great way to stretch the brain and engage your child.

I found Matej through his YouTube series while trying to learn about plugins. I started watching his series and learned a lot. He helped me develop some crucial plugins just from the YouTube series alone.

Based on the knowledge he shares in his YouTube series, I could tell that he knows what he's talking about, so I decided to purchase Project Orion. It turns out that Project Orion also comes with the Java Masterclass for FREE. Now, I'm working through both courses and learning a lot.

I've also purchased his ChatControl plugin along with some of the available add-ons. Matej not only knows what he's talking about but also provides the resources needed to set up your environment and get started quickly.

Yes, you can learn everything by browsing forums and watching videos, but for me, it wasn’t that easy. A lot of videos focus on individual topics rather than how they integrate with other systems in plugin development. Matej explains how classes and methods work, the best scenarios to use each one, and how to optimize them for better performance.
