Overpriced and Poor Quality â Learn From My Mistake
Iâve been a hairstylist in my own suite for 13 years, and I truly wish I had just bought a cheap chair from Amazonâbecause thatâs exactly the quality I ended up with. I paid $1,700 for a chair and shampoo bowl, expecting durability and professional-grade quality. Instead, I received a faulty hydraulic system. When I reached out, they sent me a replacement, which, 2 weeks into using did THE EXACT same thing the previous faulty hydraulic did. Reached out again, and the 2nd time they made me pay for shippingâŠ. on a replacement part for THEIR defective product. Unacceptable. Then the 2nd hydraulic they sent me was clearly used and 2nd hand. Having issues with the same part twice on such an expensive chair is unacceptable.
The fact that I had to jump through hoops for a basic repair on such an expensive item is beyond disappointing. I deeply regret this purchase, and I would strongly advise other professionals to look elsewhere. For the price they charge, their quality should be much, much better.
