Fantastic service, quick delivery and spot on with part

Quick response and delivery

Emailed to make an enquiry regarding gas injectors as there is no phone number, not sure how long it normally takes to respond but after 2 days of waiting for a reply and still waiting. I’m not impressed.

After spending a lot of time trying to find spare find spare part,I was advised to try Minera, and found they stocked the part.they had the part ,very pleased, job sorted.

It's great for a company to be reliable, promise to perform and deliver,, yes, Minerva parts is the one.

Won't reply to emails, unable to contact by phone. Waste of time.

Edit as a reply to the response below, you did NOT reply to my email at all regarding the missing parts and have not replied to a subsequent email for 3 more spare parts. I have resent it via your contact us form on the website. Hopefully you can reply to that ?

Very efficient. Helpful staff. I was informed when my product was back in stock a d delivery was within 48 hours. Would certainly recommend.

When I enquired about the inner glass oven door they comfernd the measurement of the glass door which was the correct one for me nice to know that you are ordering the correct item

The part arrived quickly. Make a mistake and got the wrong part. Had to return it blind hoping I'll get the refund for it as:
Contact was really bad, they do not answer emails, no contact phone numbers.
Customer service seems not to exist.
Won't be using this company again.

Delivered the day after ordering

Only place I could find the part I needed. Great price and fast dispatch. Star removed as postage price was ridiculous. Nearly £10 for a metal clip the size of my thumb nail! Postage was more than the part itself. Shame as that spoiled the overall experience.

Unfortunately the part supplied was not suitable for the appliance it is supposed to fit.

Specific part sourced and supplied promptly, kept informed.

I made an order, and after I paid I received no tracking info. I emailed them several times, made a request on the website for which again I received no response. The next request I made on their website I wrote that I will make a claim to my bank and report the website, two hours later I received an email informing me that I will be refunded. So customer support isn’t their thing I guess.

They went above and beyond helping me get the correct part.
