Waiting time exceeded
My flight landed 30 mins late and I still ended up waiting 40 minutes (extra) for the cab to arrive post the original pick up time.
Very bad time keeping when you just want to get home.
40 mins is the time it takes from London to Luton so I donât understand how it was so late.

Undoubtedly the premier car service in London
My driver arrived promptly and communicated his whereabouts to me via a phone call. His car was spotless and smelt fresh and clean. He was extremely courteous and polite and I was over and above happy with the great service I received. Keep up the good work Minicab for London. I have used you several times now and you have never let me down. This is especially important as I travel home from London alone after work and need a car service that is reasonably priced and reliable.

I usualy rate very high this company as very reliableâŠlast night I was lucky enough to have landed ahead of schedule, but but not the driverâŠwho arrived 45 min later⊠it would have made a nice difference to my very short night.

Reliable service as always even if 04.30 is probably not best time for a ride
On time (4.30) the driver chose small roads to GTW instead of fastest one. As he was very tired (probably end of shift) his driving was less accurate and less comfortable. Otherwise all good.
