Réservation annulée le 2 mars, et au 20 mars toujours aucun remboursement reçu.

J’ai changé de carte bancaire, ce qui peut expliquer un échec de remboursement. En revanche, je n’ai reçu strictement aucune information de leur part à ce sujet.

J’ai dû les contacter moi-même le 11 mars. On m’a simplement répondu que mon message était transmis au service comptabilité, sans autre suivi.

Depuis cette date, je n’ai reçu aucune réponse, aucune mise à jour, ni aucune proposition de solution alternative (comme un virement bancaire).

Sans ma démarche, je n’aurais eu aucune information et la situation serait restée totalement bloquée.

Ce manque de suivi et de communication est très préoccupant.

J’attends désormais un remboursement rapide et je mettrai à jour cet avis en conséquence.

Slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. De chauffeur kwam niet opdagen om ons naar het vliegveld in Faro Portugal te brengen, waardoor wij bijna onze vlucht misten. We hebben zelf een ander taxibedrijf moeten regelen die ons gelukkig nog op tijd naar de airport bracht. Thuis een klacht ingediend maar die wijzen ze af door doodleuk te beweren dat ze er wel waren met de taxi maar dat wij er niet waren. Belachelijk nooit meer boeken wij iets bij dit bedrijf.

Perfectly on time driver very polite and drive smoothly to the airport. Shuttle bus in very nice condition and confortabely. I would take again this service any time!

We had a booking for a transfer in Tenerife for our flight back to the UK. The recommended time for UK travellers to arrive 2 and a half hours before the flight, we were informed that the time we would be picked up was 2 hours before our flight. When we tried to arrange an earlier time, we had to content with an AI chat bot that didn't understand what we were asking for, and then when finally got to a human we were told it was too late to arrange to be picked up earlier, and when pressed they insisted that it wasn't possible. Times for pick up are only provided 24 hours ahead of the departure, we checked within 15 minutes of the time was made available and asked for a change straight away.
The idea that 24 hours is too late to adjust is frankly shameful when that is the only time pick up is confirmed. The customer service we received was poor and the insistance that making changes was not possible is bizarre. How that time was decided in the first place is concerning especially when they have our flight information.

The driver waited for us one hour after arrival and he was very nice.

Drivers usually arrive on time if not a little earlier, they are helpful and polite and drive carefully and safely.

Ik betaal heen van Malaga naar het hotel ongeveer €26 euro voor een taxi. Werd in taxi alleen (1 persoon) naar het hotel gebracht. Terug weg precies het zelfde betaald alles via booking.com! Tegen vriend gezegd die te gelijk met mij naar airport moest dat hij met mij mee mocht rijden!! Taxi was overigens al betaald. Zegt die taxi chauffeur dat mijn maat niet mee mag om dat hij nog 3 personen moet ophalen en er maar 4 in de taxi mogen zitten. Ik heb die taxi toch al betaald pffff. Dus hem maar weg gejaagd en zelf taxi gebeld, was er 15 min later en kosten €17,15 alles bij elkaar. Dus bel je taxi zelf als je daar bent, oplichters!!

This company is utterly disgraceful and disgusting with the service they provide. On arrival our driver left us even though she didn’t get the go ahead from the customer service desk to leave (they confirmed this, that she does not speak Spanish therefore there’s a language barrier and they are struggling when it comes to communicating with her). We waited for 55 minutes in the airport for her to do all her transfers to get us. Which meant we missed things we had booked at the hotel. The company stated because it was over an hours there is nothing they can do. They are distasteful in the way they treat customers. Very dismissive and no regards for paying customers. I will avoid at all cost.

Wij zijn gewoon niet opgehaald!
Bijna een uur staan wachten in de storm en regen, 2x de 24 uur hulplijn gebeld, maar er werd niet opgenomen. Uiteindelijk een taxi gebeld om optijd onze vlucht te halen. Vervolgens een klacht ingediend en wordt er gezegd dat de chauffeur er wel is geweest maar geen passagiers heeft gezien.
Voor ons nooit geen HolidayTaxi’s meer!

Seriously?? £84.10 for one person to travel from Dalaman to Kalkan ?? In December. After Cmas? One-Way?? Well. There's Profit Margins. And then there is GREED. Utterly disgusting. Will not use your services again. Even if I have to spend night/day at airport or other. #DISGUSTED.

I am writing to detail a severely disappointing experience with Holiday Taxis, encompassing both a terrible transfer service and an utterly inadequate, dismissive complaint handling process.

On 12 November 2025, our pre-booked transfer from Aqua Mirage Hotel to Marrakesh Airport in Morocco was conducted by an aggressively unprofessional driver. Despite a minor, witnessed delay at hotel checkout, the driver responded by shouting at our group, making rude comments ("I don't care, it's none of my business"), and then, upon arrival, deliberately abandoned us in a distant car park instead of the airport departure drop-off. He then walked away without direction or communication, leaving us to navigate with our luggage.

The service failure was compounded by Holiday Taxis' abysmal customer service. I raised a formal complaint expecting a proper investigation. Instead, their response was a masterclass in deflection. They focused exclusively on proving the driver was punctual—a point never in dispute—and completely ignored the substantive allegations of shouting, rudeness, and incorrect drop-off.

Worst of all, they dismissed the driver's aggressive and unprofessional conduct as a potential "language and cultural misunderstanding." This is not only insulting but demonstrates a company culture that excuses basic failures in professionalism and duty of care.

Their so-called "thorough investigation" failed to address a single core issue: the aggressive communication, the failure to perform the basic service of dropping us at the correct location, and the complete lack of customer care. No meaningful apology was offered for our specific experience.

When challenged, the company refused to re-open the case or escalate it for proper review. This shows a blatant disregard for customer feedback and accountability.

I booked Holiday Taxis for reliability and professionalism. I received the opposite: a stressful, hostile journey followed by a customer service team that ignored facts, dismissed valid complaints, and attempted to gaslight me about the nature of the experience. I cannot caution others strongly enough. Avoid this company if you expect a professional, safe service or a customer care team that will listen and act on serious complaints.

Great service for independent travellers needing transfer. I have booked several times. For the latest trip, they provided an esim for arrival to provide data for immediate communication on arrival abroad. I needed to cancel my trip way after I booked and on cancellation provided a timely refund without penalty for the trips that I didn't take.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING WITH HOLIDAY TAXIS!!!

I am writing this review to warn others about my extremely serious and distressing experience with Holiday Taxis.

Our driver crashed during our transfer in Turkey resulting in injuries. He was swerving on the roads blasting the music at 5am with the windows fully open to try and keep himself awake. This was not a minor inconvenience it was a dangerous incident that put passengers at risk.

What is even more shocking is how the company handled it afterward. They are taking no responsibility whatsoever, immediately blaming their “local partner” and closed the case, effectively washing their hands of the situation. We were told to pursue the matter ourselves with their local partner in Turkey, which is completely unreasonable and portrays a lack of compassion and disgusting customer service given the events of what happened

Despite clear evidence, no compensation has been offered and no meaningful support was provided. This company profits from selling transfers but refuses to stand behind their customers when something goes wrong. Disgraceful!

Even more concerning, after researching further, it is clear they use poor-quality suppliers with long histories of negative reviews. This suggests a pattern, not an isolated incident, and raises serious questions about passenger safety and due diligence. Holiday taxis do not state their local supplier before booking so one can not check the reviews for safety and peace of mind!

If you value your safety and expect a company to take responsibility when things go wrong, do not use this service. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking to read the reviews carefully and think twice. You would much rather spend
a few more pounds and book with reliable conpanies with professional drivers.

Didn't turn up for hotel to airport which had been arranged by British Airways! This despite me confirming pick up details and then sending me back an email confirmation. When the hotel called them they couldn't offer any explanation. A complete shower and cowboy outfit. DO NOT BOTHER USING THEM!!!!

Nur 10 Minuten Wartezeit am Flughafen, zügige Fahrt zum Hotel, Fahrzeug war super, innen gut temperiert. Insgesamt dieses Mal viel besser als beim letzten Mal, war aber auch abends um 22 Uhr.

Absolutely diabolical disgrace..went to Rome and after 1 hour and 5 mins finally got on a shuttle bus..no staff at the airport rep had to be called and was extremely rude no explanation of why the wait driver was even worse..dumped 4 women in the middle of a roundabout and told to get out …we got dropped a bit later and told to get out no direction to get to the hotel and told this is meeting point for return…we had to walk miles at least 45 mins no idea where we were…absolutely ridiculous..on the way back even worse didn’t turn up at specified time and place despite calling and no answer there was another couple had waited 2hours to be picked up and we discovered we were all waiting on the same company with the same telephone number..shocking and we took a taxi to the airport..home and no apology nothing… absolutely do not recommend..

Der Abholer war nicht gekommen, wir mussten unsere Fahrt zum Flughafen selbst organisieren!!!?
Wie steht es mit der Erstattung der Kosten, Notrufnummer in Hurghada stundenlang nicht erreichbar.

Booked return taxis to our hotel from Cancun Airport, Mexico. They sourced Nexus to provide the taxis.

Wasn’t available when we arrived in Cancun and didn’t turn up to pick us up from the hotel.

Customer service has been non-existent and desperate providing receipts for the extortionately priced taxis we has to source on the days, we have still not been reimbursed our money.

I’ve been told for someone else who had similar problems that it took them 12 months to the to get their money back. I will be going through my credit card company.
