The driver was very rude
The driver was very rude. I booked this cab service to pick up my grandad and take him to Heathrow airport. When making the booking I said he was an elderly man and would need help. The driver came late,called me and I had missed the call. I called back and he starts shouting down the phone saying he has another job after and he's been waiting outside for a long time and being rude. I asked him why didn't he just ring the doorbell if he was outside. He continued shouting and hanged up the phone. He took my grandad and wasn't helpful at all

Massively late for school performance
Massively late for school performance. Driver arrived 15 mins later than scheduled pick up time. Also arrived at a side road and couldnât explain where he is parked. My son and I waited in the cold for nearly 18 mins. My son eventually ended up being very late for his school performance. Very disappointing
