I ordered a item but haven’t received it when I contacted them they said they had found my item and gave me the order number but having still not received my item I tried contacting them again 3 times but they haven’t bothered to reply and then went onto their website and used the order number they gave only to find it doesn’t exist. Please keep well away from this company because they are clearly scammers

Wrote a quick review in which I pointed out my fist delivery had been delayed. Got a great response back and my subsequent deliveries have been great and delivered on time. It is great to see a company not just replying, but acting on feedback - well done. I love the products and their quality, it’s great the service is now matching this!
