Mintkeeper レビュー

Great product, great price! More importantly really efficient customer service! There was a small mistake on my order, I emailed support and very quickly I had a response and the correction shipped to me the same day. Cannot ask for more than that! Thank you!

Fantastic products , had an issue with my order and resolved swiftly.

The toploader they sell depicts a clear hue on their website however when received the products they come with a purple hue which is not disclosed anywhere on the website.

Although they acknowledge that the items can be returned but it still doesn't help it doesn't state anything on their website. I would avoid buying the toploaders from them if you are after a clear type.

Quick deliver. Well packaged. Easy website and I love the loyalty system!

Exactly as expected.
My binders came a few days before expected and I was pleased with the packaging.
Fantastic customer service and will be ordering again!

For my purchase for my grandson and he's delighted. So Happy days.

Great products as usual - repeat customer and will keep using Mintkeeper! Thank you

A specifically customer service focused review in follow up to 4 star product review I posted previously. After posting that review Mintkeeper emailed and asked for a picture of the imperfections on the sleeves. Sent that to them without mention of anything in return. To me the imperfections were minor and I wasn't looking for anything. In response Mintkeeper thanked me, said this does not meet their usual standards and that they'd send some replacements. Pleasantly surprised, I expected 2 or 3 packs and instead got 10 which was about half my original order.
Can't fault this customer service approach. Investigated a review in a professional manner, offered compensation without being asked and all without making reference to me changing my original review to be more positive.

Amazing service came quick packaged well, thats why I always use them!

Fast delivery, well packaged and overall a great qyality product!

Come very well packaged as all ways

Great item. Arrived in good time and good value for money. Lovely binder

Really good quality binder. Cards side load so do not fall out. The binder colours are beautiful. It also arrived very quickly

My item was a very low price for its category it came in about 4 days I love it and all of the other stuff in the store

Bought a toploader binder along with a magnetic card slab and some sleeves.
Really great prices and came in great time with RM.
Will definitely purchase from again.

Great products, I bought top loaders & semi-rigid card sleeves from this company and found the quality to be superb. I'll be back for more when I run out again. Can't fault the products honestly.

Amazing quality, amazing pricing, free delivery within the UK. Only real brand which is not some random Amazon one which does a toploader binder. Top top company/products
