The total area is 77 square meters, including a spacious 13.76 square meter balcony, which is great for a 1-bed apartment in Dubai. Located on the 9th floor, it offers a good view and peace from street noise. The two bathrooms are a convenient feature. Mira Developments has a solid reputation, so I'm confident in the construction quality and modern amenities. While the price might seem high, the project looks promising and worth the investment.

Purchased an apartment in Trussardi Residences by Mira Developments, and even though the project is set to be completed in 2025. I’m already excited about living in this stunning development.
