I am a changed person. I came in looking for a six-pack and I left with a philosophy on life and a very reasonable bottle of single malt. This store has that effect on people.
Let me tell you about the prices first because frankly they should be illegal. I have been to other liquor stores. I have done the research. I have a spreadsheet. This place is cheaper across the board and I genuinely do not know how Mason sleeps at night being this generous to his community, but I assume very well because the man has a clear conscience and excellent taste.
Speaking of Mason. This guy. THIS GUY. I walked in once babbling incoherently about needing "something for a party, or like, a Tuesday, I don't know, something with a label" and within 45 seconds he had handed me the perfect bottle like some kind of booze-whispering oracle. I don't know if he went to school for this or was simply born blessed, but the man has a gift and we should all be thankful he's using it for good.
The selection is incredible, the store is clean, and I have never once left unhappy. My only complaint is that I live dangerously close to this place and my credit card bill has started leaving me passive aggressive notes.
Six stars if I could. Mason for President .I will not be taking questions.
