Misen's knives are fantastic: sharp, sturdy, perfect blend of hardness. I've used the chef's knife for years, and it is a beautifully sharp workhorse. But their customer service is just as sharp. When FedEx mishandled a gift shipment to my son in Chicago, they jumped in immediately to supply a free replacement with free shipping. Great company, great people!

I ordered and used a 15% discount - However, before I received my order, I received an e-mail with offer of a 25% discount (Pre- Black Friday Sale) .Customer Service credited the extra 10% back to my credit card of payment shortly after I notified them. This was gracious and responsible!

Misen has been fantastic! I got a carbon nonstick pan and loved it so much that I ordered one for my mom. I forgot to apply the discount offer before ordering but they honored it anyway! Great product and great service!

Renn was very helpful. I made a mistake in my order and Renn corrected it quickly and actually gave me a discount that I had missed.

I bought some pans and there was a 15% discount, and 3 days later there was a 25% off sale. I emailed the company to ask if they could adjust the price to apply the larger discount and they did it no problem.

Misen has ALWAYS provided great service when needed. This time I ordered their amazing Carbon Steel Non-stick Pans a week before they went on sale for 25% off. It was a very simple email request and they canceled the first order and made a new order for new price. It couldn't be easier than that. They were fast, friendly, and very efficient. Could not be happier with Misen products (LOVE them) or their team members. Great company!

My wife and I purchased a full Misen cookware set 2 years ago. We use at minimum the small frying pan every single day. Most days we use multiple pieces. We love knowing that what we cook our food in is safe and stainless is the best way. Sure, cast iron is great too but let’s be honest, way more upkeep. My wife cooks and I clean up after. She absolutely loves getting her Misen cookware out and making dishes and I absolutely love knowing that I can scrub the you know what outta these pots and pans and no matter what, you can’t hurt these things. This cookware is incredibly well built and as someone who appreciates good craftsmanship, it doesn’t get better than these. Some people might not like how heavy they are but for me it is one of my favorite things about the product. It truly feels like something that will last forever (and I know it will). My wife and I talk all the time about how this cookware will be handed down to our children. We were so excited when we saw Misen added a 6.75q Dutch oven as it is currently soup season and this is the perfect addition to our set. So we purchased it. I had a 10% off coupon that I used and was beyond happy. However, it was 2 days before the Black Friday sale of 25% (I know I should’ve have waited). Anyway, I reached out to customer service to ask if they would refund me the extra 15%. Long story long, before I even saw a response I saw the refund confirmation. Misen is truly an amazing company all the way around. The product is truly unmatched and customer service is top tier. You get to email an actual human and in a world of AI chat bots that means a lot! I can say my wife and I are customers for life!

I suffered from the situation where I had placed an order with Misen, and a few days later I noticed an ad for their goods at a 25% discount. I emailed Misen and explained the situation, asking if I could get a 25% discount even though my order was placed prior to the sale.
I was happy to have a reply in mere minutes stating they had credited my card! Excellent customer service!

I've been a Misen fan since their very first Kickstarter knife, and it's been impressive to watch them grow into a full cookware company without losing their standards. I now use their Dutch oven, stainless steel pots and pans, carbon nonstick pans, knife holders, and roasting pans. Everything is solid, well-designed, and built to last.

Their customer service deserves a mention too. When one of my pans warped, they resolved it within four hours — and I'm based in Switzerland. Quality products backed by responsive support. Worth the investment.

Besides loving their products, which we have in both our homes, it is a pleasure doing business with Misen! Their AI works so well on initial off hours contact. This is followed up sharply at 9:00 am the next day by a real person. It provides a great customer experience.
