Great customer service

ordered a short set for my daughter for Christmas and was told it would arrive after...but to our surprise it arrive before so I was able to give it to her then. I will order for you guys again! Great customer service!

Super soft, not best quality

Everything came in an orderly manner, however, the robe was ripped when I pulled it out of the bag. Not a huge rip, just not what was expected for the amount of money that was paid. Super comfortable though.

Fast delivery

Ordered a set for my wife as a Xmas gift as shipping said 5-6 days UK so plenty of time to arrive before Xmas. Then I receive an email with tracking to say that the order has been shipped and will be delivered four days after Xmas.

Edited: Items arrived on the 17th December so we'll in time for Xmas. DHL delivered very quickly despite stating a delivery date of the 29th. 5 star review now given, Very happy customer.

Hi Richard, we are sure that your order will arrive before Christmas. Estimated shipping times are not always accurate. All DHL shipments we have sent to the UK recently have been delivered within 3-5 days. Thank you and we hope your wife will like the product!

Don’t waste your money

The first product never arrived and then the second product that came was extremely cheap. Opening the box the material was already threading apart. Not worth the money whatsoever

Fakes

I am sure this website is great however look out for fakes such as cosyknit.com. There are hundreds and the set I have just received is nothing like the image.
