My order didn't arrive. Royal Mail was expecting the parcel for a week. I contacted the company, and after two weeks, I got a refund.

I asked a question about the item I wanted to buy. I got a quick detailed response that answered my question. I bought the item and it was delivered on time as per the estimated time scale of 2-3 days. Thank you to Miss Lamonique

Lack of communication. Item was somehow sent back to seller and I haven't received any response to my email, neither the refund.
Waste of time and money

Cancelled order with no apology. First and last time I will be using them.

Avoid at any cost! I ordered my product on Saturday and on Wednesday following week the order was still in "Confirmed" status. I've sent an email to which I didn't get any response. I've sent another email on Friday and I received response that "the order should be changed later today". At 9pm I had no info and I requested to cancel the order and get my money back to which five minutes later I received update that order was shipped - of course order was shipped only on Monday! Reading other comments I am hoping to receive the right product now! I think this whole thing was absolutely unprofessional and I definitely won't be buying from this website anymore and that's what I would advise everyone else, spend your money somewhere else..

Update 14.08.2025:
Just to let you know, the package was sent but the sender never paid the shipping cost so the package got stuck in Manchester for weeks just to be returned to sender and of course I haven’t received any return. Almost 80e has been lost to this seller. Today I received information from trust pilot that the seller requests more details so they can”make the experience better” ha! After few months guess?? But it also said that if I don’t give the answer in 3 days my review might be marked as “not genuine”. Do not buy anything from them! I gave up on the money and I think this is how they scam people on daily basis!

AVOID this company!! I ordered a book from them, which I have still not received. They took payment for a product that was never delivered. I've sent them 4 emails and all 4 were ignored. I have not received any response from them. This company is a fraudulent company! Do not order anything from them!

I bought several products, all excellent quality, excellent packaging and on time delivery. Thank you, recommend and will buy again products from them.

My experience with this company was extremely unprofessional. I placed my order on January 30, but to this day, I have never received one of the books I paid for. Instead, I was sent random magazines without any prior notice or agreement.
Additionally, I was sent the wrong supplement instead of the one I originally ordered. Returning the incorrect product and getting my money back took over two weeks, and communication with the company was confusing and unclear. I had to constantly follow up because they did not provide straightforward information.
Eventually, I did receive a refund, but even this was for a questionable amount that did not fully match the price of the missing book. This only proves that you have to double-check everything with this company at every step.
I strongly advise against shopping at Miss Lamonique – save yourself the hassle and buy from a more reliable seller.

I ordered some probiotics and they were never despatched. I had to email 3 times and threaten reporting to credit card company before they issued a refund. I’m sure if Ihadn’t spotted it they would simply have kept my money.

Finally, after 2weeks of waiting item arrived. Unfortunately, my trust has gone for this company. Still do not recommend. There were no explanations of why such a delay. Next time, better with all costs pay more in direct seller

I ordered a supplement 14/12/2024.
The order never came, and decided to send an email on the 20/12 for an update. They replied to me on the 31/12 saying I will need to keep on waiting. Royal Mail tracker advised that the item has never reached them.
Totally unreliable.

Response from them:
"Hi Evangelos,

You order should be send on the 13th january as per website information and t&c you accepted. Because you have sent a negative feedback we have backlisted you on all our platforms. Good luck with buying supplements in the UK."

19/01/2025 update: The supplement never came. I never got a refund. They officially stole my money.

Paid for delivery tracked 48. Purchased on Sunday and received delivery on Thursday. Emailed to the shop pointing this and requesting delivery refund as has not been delivered within 48hrs. They are saying that tracked 48 is 2-3 days not guaranteed- then why do you have that option, promising 48hrs delivery and plus charging customer for this service. Received rude answer from the shop and unprofessional saying that they will not refund anything and advising strongly not to purchase anything as any further or future order will be cancelled, refunded and not processed for my address and refund will be done. So horrible staff, I wonder if the manager does care about anything, customer or customer service. Very poor, never ever will order from the shop. There is a better website GetBodyBack and the owner lady is always nice and helpful. Shame on the company, made this review on purpose to show how unprofessional and rude they are. On them website they leave only them 5 stars reviews. I am providing below, all them comments send to myself by email:

We have never encounter such a unreasonable request. There will be no refund for postage at all, if you want you can send those product back to us, will be more, then happy to refund you the cost for those products.

I strongly advise to not buy anything from us anymore, anything bought with any connection to your address, name, card etc. will be immediately refunded.

Please try fraudulent behaviour somewhere else.
