We paid the full amount on February 22nd to learn that we will not have the fabric before the end of March.
Not exactly your fault but you didn’t do “very well” until now.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our service. Unfortunately it can happen that an item is not in stock at our supplier.
If this happens, we will notify the customer about this as soon as possible. If you then decide you don't want to wait on the product, we will cancel the order for you and return the money on the same day.

The samples have been posted on 24-12.

The mail is probably delayed by the holidays.
We expect that they wil be delivered soon.
