Couldn't recommended Misted Windows enough. Andy did a fab job diagnosing the problems and was quick to provide a quote to my landlord and schedule a date and time for his colleague Paul to complete the job. Paul did a fantastic job fixing the issues with both my patio doors - they were misaligned, wouldn't lock and seal properly causing condensation and no shelter from outwide noise and weather and couldn't drain water at all leading to flooding of my carpets every time it rained. Not only did Paul efficiently and thoroughly fix at least 4 seperate issues causing the problems in less than 2 hours, he actively explained to me what the issues were, what the root causes were and how he was fixing them so I fully understood how the doors had been treated. No corners were cut. The guys from Misted Windows are great professionally and a good chat too, more than happy to answer questions and ensure their service is quality.

This company is brilliant. Andy came as arranged, very professional, friendly manner & helpful. On the day of fitting Andy & Paul came, replaced 5 panes for us. Excellent job from start to finish everything clean & tidy. Well done guys. Thank you very much. Will strongly recommend them.

Andy from Misted Windows replaced three panes and serviced all our windows. One pane was an arch, coloured leaded glass and he had no problem removing and reglazing this pane. A thoroughly pleasant and likeable guy, a total professional. I would have no hesitation recommending him and I’m sure we will use him again in the future.

Andy came and sorted the misty windows at my elderly in laws.
Very pleasant and professional, went above and beyond what was needed.
He told us what he was doing at each stage and cleaned up very well after finishing.
He made a very good impression on the in laws - who don't generally cope with tradesmen in the house nowadays. Cheerful, friendly and honest.
I would highly recommend and will be using again when the next panes need replacing!

Very helpful company, clear communication, happily explained the work they were undertaking. Tidy and efficient. Did a job, others had turned down.

From my initial enquiry to installation Andy has been superb. He arrived for survey and installation when he said he would, gave fair and expert advise on what I needed and completed the replacement of 3 windows. He left the windows and areas spotless and was a pleasure to deal with through the whole experience. Would definitely recommend.

Over the years I've used several different companies to repair/replace misted up windows on my properties and Misted Windows are far and away the best I've ever used.
The customer service is attentive and friendly and the quality and tidyness of the work cannot be faulted.

Fantastic service, not only fixed the blown window in the patio door but fixed the door from sticking, cleaned up after himself, good as new, would highly recommend.
