The Misty Glaze team do a great job! They replaced several glass panels in my old house and when I moved I went straight to them to replace lots of glass panels that were blown in our bay windows and bedroom windows. They also replaced some hinges. I was considering spending many times the cost on replacing all the windows, but they have really given them a new lease of life. The team are really friendly, quick and efficient and talk you thought all the options. I took my time getting back to them due to juggling lots of renovation jobs, but once I gave them the go ahead it was all done in about 2 weeks. It's made a big difference to the look of the windows, the insulation and the sound - much quieter in the house now without the gaps we had from the defective old hinges. If you've got issues with windows I'd very much recommend looking at getting them repaired.

Unbelievably efficient, helpful and kind advice, followed by no charge - amazing!
I am a landlady and needed to check that the double glazed windows at my rented flat were functioning and in full working order. I rang Carly at Misty Glaze who understood immediately, and very kindly squeezed in an appointment for me within 48 hours, because of the difficulty I have getting to London from 90 miles away, which means I have limited time for a technician to visit. Carly arranged for William to come to the flat, kept in touch with me throughout the morning, as we were travelling, and confirmed that William would arrive at the arranged time.
Exactly on time, William came and was polite, cheerful and knowledgable. He looked carefully at the windows, advised us that they were in working order, showed us how to look them in the safe, tilt position,suggested ways of keeping them in good conditiion. He was with us for 20 minutes, and patiently answered all our questions. When we asked him to send an invoice, he simply said, 'No charge'. The next day, Carly then wrote and sent us a worksheet of the visit, again, for no charge.
This is extraordinarily good service, at a time when money is tight for everyone and I cannot recommend Misty Glaze highly enough.

I will certainl go back to them whenever any glass or glazing is needed in my flat but in the meantime, huge thanks to Carly, William and the whole team.

We contacted Misty Glaze as we had been burgled and needed replacement glass. Misty glaze attended our property and measured up on the same day, made safety recommendations and ordered our glass. They fitted it within the week and was so helpful, great communication all the way through. We had a fantastic experience and wonderful customer service and support. I will be using them again. I highly recommend you give them a go.

Excellent and officiant service, stress free, very reliable. Was told could take ten days for glass to arrive. They kindly rushed through for me. Contacted them on a Monday and all completed by Friday.

Misty Glaze was recommended to me by a family member after an issue with a window not shutting. The company, I was interacting with Carly, has excellent customer service and transparency about costs. The contractors showed great integrity when they realised the quote was actually for work that didn't need doing, quote was for replacement hinges, but nstead just needed a new lock, and also serviced the remaining windows in my home. Recommend to anyone who has window issues.
