I'm really pleased with the product

I'm really pleased with the product, although I had to cover additional customs fees or similar charges before I could receive the package. Ultimately, the total cost turned out to be twice what I expected, a detail I missed at the time of ordering. Had I known, I might have reconsidered the purchase.

Hidden costs

I love the product but had to pay customs or whatever they charged me to actually be able to take on the package when it arrived. I basically paid double price in the end which I wasn’t aware of when I placed my order. If had known I wouldn’t have ordered.

Small customs/VAT fees are inevitable when ordering from abroad. However, it is highly unusual to be charged significant amounts as this review would suggest. We cannot comment on the specifics here as the customer has not contacted us directly to discuss, although we remain happy to do so.
