my package did not arrive at first but luckily through their service i could still get it

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your order.

After being informed of the issue, we opened an investigation with PostNL. The outcome of their investigation showed that the shipping address entered during checkout was incomplete. The postcode was entered twice, while the house number was missing from the address details. As a result, PostNL was unable to correctly deliver the package.

We understand that this situation is frustrating. However, the order was shipped to the address exactly as it was provided when the order was placed. We have shared the findings of the PostNL investigation with you and remain available to discuss any questions you may have.
