VR Expert was one of the only places I could find the headsets I was looking for (like Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise) online. Their customer support and assistance from the sales team was very quick, and super helpful. They actually took the time to chat about my company's needs and help me understand the options. Very thorough and friendly experience, would recommend.

We partnered with VR Expert to keep our XR hardware pipeline moving, and it's been exactly the kind of relationship we needed. Ich habe mir bei VR Expert eine VR Brille gekauft.
Ca 3 Monate vor Ablauf der Garantiezeit war die Brille defekt. Sie war nicht mehr nutzbar. Habe das Problem dem Support gemeldet und angeboten die VR Brille zur Überprüfung einzusenden. Der Support hat mir ständig Aufgaben auferlegt die ich zuletzt technisch nicht erfüllen konnte. Dann war Funkstille.Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich aber nachher stellte sich ein Gefühl der Hinhaltetaktik ein. Ich habe VR Expert per Einschreiben zur Nacherfüllung aufgefordert. - keine Reaktion. Muss denn so etwas immer über einen Anwalt laufen?
Kann das Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen.Verkaufen können Sie - aber das war’s dann auch.

Leider dauert eine Rep nun mehr als 3 Monate. VR Brille ein Jahr alt, nicht mehr nutzbar. Hoffentlich geht’s bald weiter.

Makkelijk te bestellen via hun website en de levertijd was duidelijk en goed weergegeven via de track en trace.

De headset zelf (Pico 4 enterprise) voldoet ook aan onze verwachtingen

Bestelling geplaatst, binnen een uur een mail dat het item toch niet op voorraad is (terwijl op de site stond dat hrt de volgende dag geleverd zou worden). Slechte communicatie en onduidelijke levertijden. Uiteindelijk bestelling geannuleerd, 19 dagen later geld retour. Elders besteld. Zal hier niet weer bestellen.
