Pierre refunded my holding deposit with great efficiency when the property was not in decent condition to occupy (broken bed, wet wall from leaking, dirty fridge, etc.)

He was very kind and nice and polite.
He did everything so I could get my room in the flat :)

Only little thing I have so say is that some things weren’t fixed in the flat and I don’t know why they didn’t mentioned it just so I could’ve been prepared :)
