Super happy with my custom built PC from MK Rigs! Max done an exceptional job suited to my needs! Highly recommend

I brought a gaming PC for my son and was extremely impressed by Max, his is level to detail and customer service is 2nd to none. He helped me out every step of the way, as I had little knowledge and felt he wasn’t trying to squeeze any extra £’s, In fact he was telling me you don’t need certain parts as they wouldn’t be of any benefit that would have cost more. We did have a little issue when the PC was delivered no fault of Max at all, but the delivery company damaged the case. Max personally drove 2 hours to collect it, took it home replaced the case and then came and dropped it back! I think that sums up the type of person he is. So thanks so much Max it was a real pleasure meeting you, keep up the good work. Adam & Charlie

MKRigs are great! Nothing short of great. Unlike the general PC Building Market where you select your PC semi-blindly based on the specs you see on the screen (hoping it’s good enough for what you want); Max will walk you through options catered to your specific budget and space on your desk.

I was a very laid back customer. I didn’t need anything flashy. I’m a casual gamer, but do enjoy the graphics of the more beautiful games.

Upon receipt, I had a technical issue with Zoom, that for the life of me couldn’t figure out. Max walked me through some steps for a fix to no avail. This was an issue that he hadn’t come across previously either. Either way, max hopped on a remote session on my PC, and within 5 minutes everything was up and working. Turned out to be a hardware acceleration issue! I would never have figured that out by myself.

After purchase, you can join a community on Discord catered to gaming, tech support and general chat, with two other mods who are friendly and more than happy to chat!

I’d rather buy from these guys than the likes of Chillblast and PCSpecialist. They deserve every success and will refer any friends to them.

max listens to what you want and gives advice and will cater for all your needs and requirements was over the moon with the build max done for me,i will be returning to him 100% for future upgrades,I can't praise him enough.

Great to deal with from the get go had everything ready very quickly great service all round.

MK Rigs built my PC during COVID. I gave him my budget, and I genuinely believe I got the absolute best setup possible for the price—quality parts, well assembled, and delivered on time.

The aftercare has been brilliant too. When I had trouble with some settings, he jumped on Discord and talked me through everything step by step.

I can’t fault the service at all. The PC is still going strong and I haven’t had to touch a thing since.

I contacted Max on Facebook with a quote from a competitor

Not only did he beat the quote I also got a better spec pc

I was kept up to date with updates on the build and how it was getting on

It arrived extremely well packaged with a guide on setting up and first time use

I will 100% use again when I am due a new one!

Highly recommend helpful from start guided a mum who knows nothing about pc’s or gaming, son was over the moon with the set up and it’s still as perfect today as when wee 1st got it

Max was a gent / gave advice on what I wanted and also what he would have based on my requirements - really valued his advice , always replied in a timely manner - I have since messaged him back regarding a tech question which he resolved - I will always make him my first port of call for future interests 10/10

Bought two pcs off MKRigs in the last 4 years, any issues I’ve had max has gone above and beyond with helping, will be buying any future pcs with him too.

Very helpful and brilliant service. Easily contactable and very quick at responding if you ever need any help. Quick at fulfilling the order and fast delivery also. We bought and had 1 PC built from here and they were so good that we went back and bought a second. And we also have plans to buy a third for our child too. Would definitely recommend!

MK built my PC just over 2 years ago and I am extremely grateful for the build and the customer support. I’m relatively new to the PC world and any small questions, MK was on hand to assist.

Will definitely be using MK for future builds :)
