Stayed home today to watch the Angels, and all I get when I click on the game while on the MLB app, is Error. Reached out to others and they are getting the same message. I hate this app!

Wish I could rate zero stars!! Service has gotten worse over the years and along with a significant number of games upsold to other networks (ESPN, AppleTV, etc) and those of use who don't pay for over priced cable services. Begininng of last year it was hard to get a game to stream. You'd think with all of MLB's price-gouging for everything they could manage to be able to provide their product. So far today I've seen a spinning cursor and a couple of fake error messages in browser and "Error - Unable to read response from MLB media services" message on Apple TV. Typical MLB

It used to be you could watch a BASEBALL GAME. Now it seems like you are watching an interview program with a baseball game running in the background. I know the announcers suck but I don’t give a damn what Joe Blow in the crowd thinks. I want to see the game.

I paid 143.11$ for a subscription thru my credit card for the package. MLB says I never paid so they want another 143.11 again. What a bunch of bull crap. The product stinks and their service is awful.

Terrible streaming, always lags and bufferes.
I've reset the app i've upgraded my internet speed to the highest and still have trouble. Not worth it anymore.

MLB.TV is a good product if the Blackout rules don't interfere with watching you favorite team. I have it for 10 years and it has more problems now than in the past especially in the beginning of the season. My biggest problem is with their tech support, I don't believe it is US based anymore or I've been unlucky getting some people that are hard to understand with their heavy accents, I believe my calls are forwarded to India but I can't prove that to be true. Email tech support is too slow to respond and when they do they start getting a lot of information regarding what device you are using even if your problem has nothing to do with the device. Overall I would rate their tech support a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10 and that may be too high. Overall a good product as long as you don't need tech support.

Being constructive is difficult when you have poor sound and commercials interrupting the game. If this happens as much as last year I will certainly be canceling my subscription.

The worst streaming service on the planet. Enough frustration and stomach knots that you complain and they do nothing about that it will give you some lethal disease.

MLB at bat raises their subscription every year while talking away valuable features.
I watch all my games about a week behind and yet they don’t allow me to fast forward the commercials like I have for years. The in game box score is not always present. If you leave off on a game and the next day you want to resume where you left off you have to start over and can’t fast forward commercials. Now with Apple TV ESPN and many other networks airing MLB there is many many blackouts. It’s a joke now

Awful. I can never watch a game. I get black out dates all the time. It is not worth the $. Will not renew

Deceptive marketing. Once you buy the postseason package, you then have to have a cable provider to be able to watch the postseason games. What's the point of paying $30 for this product if you must pay for cable to watch games?! Completely useless!

MLB TV should have all access to all games, regular and post season.

There is always a delay from sound to visual. MLB TV blames this on the user end. But if I stream on other services, no issue.

Bottom line, trash. Too glitchy.

Now you’re making me pay to LISTEN to postseason games? Thanks for making baseball inaccessible for me to listen to games on my phone! I’m not paying!! I will listen to free AM radio.

You pay for MLB TV and post season blacked out. Pure greed MLB, if I can find away to watch for free, I will.

I have been trying to wath the Mets.

I tried 15+ times and have gotten 0 games.

If I was playing for the Mets and went 0 for 15 I would be on the bench.

Tired of MLB backout rules. I live in a state that has no MLB teams but 4 teams are blacked out. Now there blacking out games on cable stations I pay for.

These people continue to provide extremely poor customer service. I purchased for the entire season back in March. This summer they announced that I could get MLB Network for the rest of the season at no additional cost. Outright lie! I still can’t watch it and now they keep asking me to pay for the rest of the MLB.tv season - that I already paid for?? Can’t contact these sleazebags.

You are supposed to get all games except ones you are in the city where the game is played.

This season 85% of the games have not been available. And I was never in the host city. The only thing I get is the radio feed. Called support and he blamed it on the phone company.

Worthless product, horrible customer service.
