quality is terrible. I ordered a Mitchell and Ness Dodgers championship shirt and this is piss poor all the way through. the shirt is practically see through. the Mitchell and Ness patch isn't even a patch. I am extremely dis satisfied. You're better off buying bootleg gear from the guys on the sidewalk.

I concur with the other review about not having an option to give zero stars. Paid $242 for a present. Was told 7 to 10 day delivery in early October. It's now December and the order is still not processed. Huge scam. Mlb should not be affiliated with this site
The Worst Experience
I should have looked at the reviews first.
This company does not keep their promises and customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I ordered a Tumblr and my order number ends in 5410.
I would welcome anyone from the company to contact me, but I’m sure they won’t. Glad to provide an update if they do.
Don't order from this place, you'll be disappointed
I ordered and paid for an Arizona D-Backs newborn bodysuit for my granddaughter and what was delivered was a child's S/M NHL Vegas Golden Knights hockey jersey.
An error on their part that should be simple to resolve, right? Nope
It took me over an hour on the phone with various chatbots and humans to get it resolved, I hope.
I'm never going to use them for buying anything again. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Unfortunately, there is a second item on my order that won't be delivered for another 3 weeks that I'm sure won't be correct.

I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to buy a hat from this site. The first time, I waited two months and ended up getting a refund instead of the hat. The second time, I waited another month and decided to contact customer service. They told me the item hadn't been shipped yet, even though they had emailed me saying it had been. In other words, they are a bunch of liars. All they do is ask if you want a refund. Let me tell you something—if I wanted my money back, I wouldn’t have ordered the hat in the first place. I want the hat. Just give me the hat!

Great Quality Merchandise Subpar Shipping
Great quality merchandise. Poor shipping support and experience. Mediocre Customer Service.
One can order from this shop, one will pay top dollar for the item and pay extra for subpar shipping.
Their logistics is a nightmare, they are trying to make money off of S&H, so their mediocrity in service is evident. 7 business days to receive an item in Las Vegas To Los Angeles paying for prime rates should get you exactly that. Not with MLB Shop, you get a third party combo and leave USPS to deal with the slack. I will shop from here because I “have” to, not because they are a good merchant. The whole website needs major upgrading. Reach out to Nike, they can show you the ropes. Dorks.

I recently had a very bad experience with this site but only, after contacting the MLBshop.com Facebook page did I have a person named Jan who greatly helped me with an order shipping problem. the customer services is really helpful for that on any problem.

$14 return label and barely any money back for return
I ordered a New Era hat, as a birthday gift for my husband, unfortunately it was too big, so we had to return it. They charged me $14 for the return label!!! I paid $33.89 (that's including the shipping cost) and will only get $6 refund. So no item and $24 loss - gift to a MLB shop. Unreal!!!! I have never ever had such a horrible online experience. Shame on you MLB shop scamming people like that. I will never ever buy anything from this place again.

Horrible! I paid for overnight shipping and they sent an email stating that my order will be shipped 11 days later. That's not overnight! I paid $60.00 for shipping. You cannot speak to a person, only a AI blurb. Very disappointed!
They LIE about shipping claimed it shipped when they never gave package to UPS
Placed an order a month ago and every day they spam 3 emails claiming that the order shipped - which is a LIE, they don't even intend to ship for another two weeks. This was not a special order it was something in stock. Calling service is pointless they can do nothing, they had no problem taking money but getting the package to UPS seems to be too hard for them.
I ordered a cap August26
I ordered a cap August26, 2024 and the tracking says the delivery will be the 5th we are the 11th. Horrible will not order again. Called customer services says it will be delivered today well today came and went no delivery. Every day the tracking UPS says today. Not happening.
Even if you pay for 2-day you get it in 10 days
I purchased a Red Sox Jersey to wear to a game on Friday. Purchased it on Monday and used my ShopRunner GUARANTEED 2-Day shipping so it would arrive on Thursday.
They didn't send it 2-day shipping but used "Mail Innovations that does not guaranteed a specific day delivery". They claimed a delay by the carrier which was a LIE!! My receipt says arrival date by Mail Innovations is between July 28-31. So as soon as I clicked that button to buy and got the receipt it was already scheduled for 7-day shipping.
I called customer service who was reading from a script and said since it left their warehouse they have no control.
I wanted them to admit that they did not send it 2-day and provide a discount. They told me I would have to wait until it is delivered on the following Tuesday.
Amazon didn't have this specific jersey in their Prime Option for 2 day delivery which is why I went with this dumb website.
IF YOU NEED IT WITHIN 10-DAYS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!! EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR 2-DAY YOU WILL NOT GET IT.

Worst Customer service I’ve ever experienced. Absolutely won’t do anything for you if they mess something up. I paid for 2-day shipping for a pack of cards and they gave me the regular 3-7 day shipping without refunding me. It came in 12 days. Called their number, they wouldn’t answer, sent them emails, no response, finally their customer service chat talked to me and they wouldn’t fix the problem. My pack also came damaged and they said they couldn’t refund or replace it. So terrible!!
