Ladies tees are very poor quality
Ladies tees are very poor quality. My tee was not attached at the seam. It had holes in the fabric after the first time worn. I purchased two of them and both were poor quality. Customer Service would not send me a return label or replace or give me a credit. They spoke very kindly when I talked to them and said they would and then they never did. After five attempts still no resolution.
T-Shirts incorrectly manufactured
I ordered two T-Shirts. Ordering process and delivery time was acceptable but the shirts were not made correctly. They feel almost as if they are on backwards but are not. They were obviously cut wrong. I notified them that their contract manufacture has a serious quality issue. They are being made in Nicaragua. I never received feedback. I would not recommend ordering from the MLB shop.

A total algorithmic scam
A total algorithmic scam! Over promise and under deliver is their specialty at mlbshop.com. while ordering hats that were extremely overpriced I was quoted three to seven days delivery then once I pressed enter for the sale the delivery date jumped to nearly 3 weeks!! Then when I complained to them they pretty much told me to f*** off! After about an hour-long chat with one of their associates they gave me a $5 off?? They will also try to compound any customer service issues by offering you 30% off your next order...if you are stupid enough to reorder from them again! Do yourself a favor and order 6 months in advance or just go to the store!
Damaged but Replaced
I received my order damaged but Matthew took care of it without an issue and they are sending me a replacement!! Great customer service.
The Worst Company to Deal With!!!
Ordered a baseball cap which said 'Free Shipping', not the case, they then charged me $16 for shipping... ??? I then attempted to call them and cannot reach anyone, the automated service says the same thing over and over regardless of what button I press... wow. Then I try to speak to them via internet chat and it returns me a message every time I key something in, saying I have to type a 'name' that's 40 characters or less. Talk about the worst customer experience here. I've ended up paying $45 for a baseball cap... OUTRAGEOUS!!! Please avoid this company, the worst!!!
Shirts are defective - charged to return anyways
I ordered two women's shirts from MLBshop.com after the Braves won the Series. The first was a female large which was three sizes bigger in person. We wanted the shirt for a trip so I set up a return of the first one and ordered a women's small which was the exact same size as the large! Every measurement! When I asked to return the DEFECTIVE shirts that were not to the site's specifics, these clowns charged me $12 per shirt in return fees even though the shirts were defective. Do yourself a favor and by knock off merchandise, it will fit better and save you from dealing with this pathetic vendor.

Best Customer Service Experience Ever
Cristin @ MLBShop was by far the best Customer Service Representative I have ever dealt with. Her patience, thorough understanding of the subject matter and dedication to providing outstanding customer service was the best I have ever encountered. She was 100% solutions driven and super responsive.
She truly embodied the importance of what post-sale service is supposed to be.
Because of her my wife and I will be MLBShop customers for life.
Buyer Beware
Be very careful when you go through the ordering process at MLBshop.com. Starting with the very first screen they will tell you that you are getting free shipping with your purchase and continue to display that on every subsequent screen. On the next to the last screen there is a box that you can click to display shipping options. If you assume you are getting free shipping and don't click it you will miss the fact that they have defaulted the order to 3-Day expedited shipping which costs $10. Also, when you get to the last screen you will get another surprise in the form of a $1.99 processing fee.
In my case I paced my order on a Thursday and recieved an email on Saturday that my order had shipped. When I called the next week to check on my order, the lady said the clock didn't start running for the 3-Day shipping until Tuesday. Really, you have to be kidding me. She said the shipment had until 8 PM Thursday to get here. It showed up at 11 AM Friday and they won't refund the shipping.
I will never do business with these guys again.

I had an issue with a purchase. I called the same day I received the package. Doreen resolved the problem quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the great customer service.
Purchased a men's large which was sized significant too small
Purchased a men's large which was sized more for a boy. Since we had the name put on the sweatshirt as a gift, the return process is tedious. Main complaint is there's no product feedback capability to see if how the other products are sized? Also no phone contact. Why would anyone but these products from MLB when other markets have provided these on-line tools to accommodate shoppers?

-8 weeks for a shirt
-had to involve customer service twice
-only eventually shipped because I involved customer service
-first lady I spoke to did nothing
-second person I spoke to is the only reason I received an item, so they were great
-don’t think you can get a discount because of poor service best you’ll get is a refund and that’s hard to come by

I had an issue where I ordered two framed photos from the Braves winning the World Series. One, according to the website photo, looked like a team photo one might see in a yearbook. The other was a celebration photo from the moment they won and were celebrating on the field. I got the first one two days ago, the one that I thought would be the “yearbook” photo. But it was a celebration photo. I called three times to complain about this misleading product page, and to just see if I could cancel the actual celebration photo that was still processing. Each of those three times no one was of any help. The fourth time I called around 10pm, and a girl was really helpful, and let me know she was going to put in a ticket because my order was for an “authentic” item, and someone would contact me to assist me in canceling the item. This morning, Antonio emailed me, and was able to process the cancellation very quickly. Even though I am down one photo instead of two, the problem has been solved. Thanks Antonio, and rep who unfortunately I can’t remember her name!
Worse experience ever
Ordered a shirt and hat on November 3rd early am, and it is now November 8th 2 pm and have not heard a word. On line says it is still processing. It has been ample time to ship product. I do not recommend this place at all. Worse experience ever ordering on line.
