faulty iPhone, over priced. Purchased an iPhone 13 for 790 used it for a few months and the battery is overheating and not charging and everything freezes.

Brought a phone that was suppose to be excellent condition. The camera did work and contact them with no response.

Do not buy. Have no choice but to take this further.

Not a “premium phone” came with dust on phone and was significantly scratched and scuffed on the front and back

Mobell made a mistake when despatching me a warranty refund iPhone …after demanding that I pay for another iPhone before refunding me for the initial purchase (so I was able to maintain my connectivity) they then claimed to have sent me two phones in error Consequently blaming it on NZ POST. Sadly, this sees me having paid for the one phone twice.
I am a repeat customer of this business, but this sadly changes things. They will be made accountable for the lack of empathy however as I am a contractor with the MBIE.
Buyer beware

it was fine ordered a iPhone 12 in very good condition but there where quite a few scratches, got little bit of dust for free to. came with a OK screen protector a certified charger cable and a not so certified box paced fine the tracking was completely off said it hadn't left the facility but it arrived the same day took like 3-4 days to go from Christchurch to north of Auckland which i think is quite quick so over all its .OK.

Would NOT recommend.

Received a refurbished phone as a gift. It didn't work properly upon receiving it. Poor communication. Wouldn't recommend as their service is terrible
