Product arrived in the condition promised (as new), and arrived just 1 working day after I bought it (presumably some element of luck with the postal service around that but was nevertheless pleasantly surprised by promptness). Works great and definitely as-new condition.

GOODTECH Auckland. I shopped online, because I don’t live in Auckland. This is the legit place to buy a refurbished/second-hand device because GoodTech are honest. You must beware of other companies that are advertising devices on their website for purchase and they haven’t even got them in stock yet (einfo specifically).

You will get what you order within a few days, and if you are not happy with your device because it has an issue they are so quick to replace it, if you are within the 12 month warranty timeframe. I had a minor issue with my latest device purchase, and they replaced my phone immediately without question. They even upgraded me for free. You have to understand these are refurbished/second-hand devices, so things may go wrong unexpectedly.

Our whole family has got their phones from GoodTech, and everyone is happy (even all the teenagers). Please don’t trust anyone else if you live in NZ. This is the legit place to go folks!

Answered phone enquiry on first ring tone, real person (Tim) asked how he could help. Listened carefully to my requirements made a couple of other suggestions to the direction I was going with both pro's and Con's left me to make decision. Paid for product online and was delivered within 24hrs to other side of country to a rural address. Product exactly as described.

I recently bought a "like new" S23 and the entire process from start to finish has been easy and satisfactory. Within ordering the phone, it arrived in two days. The phone was as described, in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I had to return the device (only because I didn't realise the dimensions of the phone and it wasn't the right fit for me so my fault entirely!! The phone itself was functioning perfectly). But I made contact with good tech and the return process was also easy to manage and sort. Throughout the whole process, the Good Tech team kept in contact and were incredibly kind and helpful. I would 100% recommend buying from them. The devices are all in the condition described, they are very easy to reach out to and communicate with, and despite getting the wrong size, I was incredibly satisfied with the experience :)
