Great experience low price good quality 😀

I recently sold my iPhone to Mobi Hub, and I’m really impressed with how smooth the whole process was. From getting an instant quote online to sending off my phone, everything was straightforward and well communicated.

The phone they sold me (Iphone Xr) was black listed as stolen by operators, I cannot used sim card inside, but the client service is trying to find a solution.

Ich hab bei Refurbed ein Iphone von Mobi-hub bestellt. Am Freitag versendet, Montag war‘s da. Und zum Zustand des Handys kann man echt nur sagen, dass es noch viel besser ist, als ich es erwartet habe. Keine Kratzer, keine Dellen, 100% Akkukapazität, quasi ein komplett neues Handy. Wenn‘s jetzt auch noch im Alltag überzeugt, bin ich rundum zufrieden!

Took my teenage sons phone that had been dropped and wasn't working, screen was damaged and thought the phone was completely broken. It was fixed within 20 and we are both so relieved and grateful. Thank you again.

Mobi Hub hat meine Bestellung nicht versendet. Erst nach einer Woche und mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde es versendet, leider dann viel zu spät! Zusätzlich hat Mobi Hub einen falschen Zustelltag angegeben und somit war die Bestellung obsolet weil sie eine Woche zu spät kam! Nie wieder!!

Sent my iPhone 16 plus to be valued with them, I wasn’t happy with the offer so asked for it to be sent back. Once received the phone back it was water damaged from royal mail and no longer charges and has water damage in the screen. I’ve contacted them for the last 15 days and just get ignored each time or get the message back I’ll message my manager to find out for you. Now I’m left with a worthless water damaged phone. Avoid this company

I found Mobi-hub through mobile phone compare and recycle . They came up with the best price for my daughters I phone 13 . The recycling box arrived quickly and the company even WhatsApp messaged me to check arrival. I sent off the phone another message to say phone received and checked and met criteria (my daughters phone was mint)and payment was made the same day .

Wow. I am very impressed by Mobi-Hub when I sold them my old iphone this week. I used compareandrecyle.co.uk to get my offers and selected Mobi-Hub as they offered a sensible price. I got my freepost return pack within 24 hours!
I posted the phone to Mobi-Hub on 30 Oct, they received it on 31 Oct and they paid me by bank transfer the same day! Fantastic experience of a high quality service. By comparison, I had a terrible experience with another online recycler who tried to offer me £70 instead of £185 based on dishonest claims of my phone condition! It is therefore very refreshing and assuring to find that Mobi-Hub runs a very professional, honest, trustworthy and super fast recycling business. They also kept me, via WhatsApp, well informed of progress throughout the process. Well done. I strongly recommend this Company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Great company, gave me the price i was offered and didnt try and downplay anything like most other companies. Numerous ways to send the device with no cost to the customer. Also offered the highest price out of any trade in company and were well worth the time. Easy and convenient way to sell your phone.
