Still haven't receiced my funds...

Did write a simple review 6 days ago (se below) regarding a withdrawal I have not received. I did win NOK1500 and made a withdrawal 29th of September. I have still not received any funds, despite providing my bank statement several times. Customer service chat is just rubbish and gives me the same answer every time "we are still looking into it". Never using Mobilebet again.

Further to this please note that at the moment we can only approve one withdrawal per card per day.

If your withdrawal was approved over 10 banking days ago, please forward us a bank statement (via email - kunde­­­­s­e­­­r­­­v­i­­c­­­­e­@mobilbet.com) dated from the day you made the withdrawal until today's date to investigate this further. Please forward this at your earliest convenience so that we may look into it as quickly as possible.

Made a withdrawal, never got the funds. Customer support takes weeks to respond and keep asking for bank statement in pdf Even though my bank only gives me excel version. This was about 2 months ago. Stay away.

This betting company is hilarious..

This betting company is hilarious... 5 weeks waiting for my withdrawal..and all information i get - "wait one more week, be patient"...every monday same story..provider canceled payment...? So where is my money?... Highly recomend stop and never try using mobilbet..they care just about deposits to their account and makes it in seconds.. when the things turns around - no money for more than month...amazing company..

I have bad experience with mobile…

I have bad experience with mobile bet!!!

So, I won and now I want to withdraw my money. The problem is that in the withdraw menu there is only one option: via credit card!!! I wrote them more than 10 mails for the past 2 weeks to add also skill and bank transfer via Trustly(as is shown to their site) but mobile bet did not do it and even did not answer to any of the mails I sent them!!!

Now I have contacted gambling commission and IBAS on the matter!

I won on a bet worth 3600,- NOK

I won on a bet worth 3600,- NOK.
Says in the log I won. But have not recived any money. Talked to live chat 6 times. They dont understand anything. And after a lot of explaning they said we fix this, sorry for problems. Still no money. Feels like a scam company. Play elsewhere is my advice.

I have been locked out of my account…

I have been locked out of my account for over a week because of some "currency update". I did not receive a notice about this update, one day I was just locked out of my account.

I had active bets that i could not act upon.

Customer service has been very unhelpful and did not reply to my questions regarding why there was no notice before the update or when they think this will be resolved.

This is truly the worst experience I have had with any betting site.

Here is an update

Here is an update, I STILL haven't received my money! its been over 4 weeks and they make excuses after excuses.. first, they made up that Neteller couldn't receive money and they pretended they were talking with neteller that was just a lie. my neteller is open and has been in use all his time.. then they said, use bank transfer.. so i did, but i have not received money yet over 9 days ago, the page says up to 1-6.. and again they say its a tecnical problem... they just make excuses and want the money for themselves.
dont ever play on this site!!!!

Dont expect to be able to withdraw any…

Dont expect to be able to withdraw any of your winnings from this company. Customer service is awful to deal with. They also ask for far too much card information. Pictures of the front and back or your card showing the first 6 and last 4 numbers. I have had to supply online casino/bookmakers information before but never that much card information. My documents have always been accepted with others but not with this company. Stay clear.
