Contacted mobile guru about selling an iPhone. Was a seamless experience. They were very efficient. We agreed on a price and I had the money in my account an hour after I replied to their email. Would certainly recommend them

Very disappointed, I mistakenly sent in a phone i had not yet created an order for. Upon realising, I of course contacted Mobileguru. 10days later and 4+ emails about this issue have gone completely unanswered.
I am a regular customer and find it very unprofessional that every email has been completely ignored. Not even a 'we'll look into it' makes me very suspicious. I have provided all the revelant information such as tracking and imei for them to easily check. As a long time customer I hate to have to write a bad review, but I am hoping this will get me a response

The quickest way to sell your mobile! The process was very simple, fair pricing, they organize the shipping label, and once you posted it, it only took 2-3 days for the payment to arrive in your nominated bank account. Very recommended!

Such an easy experience. I had 2 phones that I'd been looking to sell, and just filled in the info about the state of the phone and got the expres postage label. Was only a few days between when I sent it to when the money was in my account. Super easy and good pricing!

Genuine Sale and received payment on time

Sold my iPhone 16 pro for a really good price. Much more than Apple offers and lot better than other retailers out there. Used the reply prepaid free AU post, speed post with tracking option they have and the phone reached Mobile Guru within 2 days. They acknowledged receipt immediately and the phone test and funds transfer as per the original quote happened within 24 hours. Great experience, would definitely recommend!!
