Fair assessment of phone and quick payment. I would definitely use them again.

The entire process was extremely simple and very fast, way easier then trying to sell your phone to mobile guru then on other platforms.
From device being received - payment was made next day.
Very happy and will use again.

I was a bit worried at first about selling both our mobiles but we thought we would take the plunge and we are so happy we did - everything was so easy right from putting phone details into their application - we received a printable reply post label, sent it off and we got a message from Mobile Guru the next day - then they reviewed our phones and gave us the option on the friday to accept or decline the offer, and the $440 for both phones was in our account by the tuesday - very happy and will definitely use Mobile Guru again 👍
