Ich habe 3 StÌck StoffschrÀnke bestellt - sehr gute QualitÀt, tadellose Lieferung
Bei einem der SchrÀnke fehlten div. Steckstangen.
Ich habe dies beim Schweizer Kundenservice telefonisch gemeldet und hatte einen sehr netten Kontakt mit der Dame.
Sie meinte, dass die Zustellung ca. 1 Woche dauern wÃŒrde - und siehe da, die fehlenden Teile wurden heute - nach nur 3 Tagen - bereits geliefert!
Vielen Dank fÃŒr den super Kundenservice!

Bad quality, even worse customer service

I ordered a single bed and it was delivered fairly quickly (this is the only positive thing i have to report).
Unfortunately, the quality of the bed was very poor and it broke on the first day. I contacted Mobilia24 via email and their online form but absolutely no response for almost 3 weeks.
Since I made the payment via PayPal i reported the issue - and only after that Mobilia24 offered a replacement bed. But since I did not like the quality of the bed and in the meantime (1 month) i had already bought another bed - i rejected this offer. After that Mobilia24 stopped responding and after several weeks PayPal decided to close the case and refund the money to me.
Do not expect any customer service from this company.

Fahrradhelm

Fahrradhelm bestellt, schnell geliefert, passt leider nicht. ZurÃŒckgeschickt, leider kein RÃŒcksendelabel dabei aber Artikel und RÃŒcksendekosten wurden erstattet. Alles gut geklappt

UnfÀhig und UnverschÀmt

UnfÀhig das Kleiderregal an die richtige Adresse zu liefern. Erstattung wurde verzögert (ohne Amazon, Ìber die die Bestellung lief, wÀre vermutlich gar nichts passiert). FÌr die eigene UnfÀhigkeit wurden RÌcksendekosten von 10 Euro noch berechnet.
