Approached the company to buy a quality Wheelchair and they would not buy because they said they couldn't resell it. Advertising implies they buy what you submit. Waste of time.

Waste of time
As others have said, no offer made and only excuse was they couldn’t resell. Item perfectly good condition and price I wanted a fraction of retail.
