The initial phone call enabled a next day visit by Mike who discussed everything with us and measured upâŠ. no hard sell just polite and honest. Tom came to fit the stairlift and he was a lovely chapâŠ. nothing was too much trouble and he helped guide my Mother at 93 through everything.
