Sorry to hear about your experience and the discomfort caused, that is certainly not what we want for our customers.

While some customers do find a new pair can feel a little stiff at first, they should still be comfortable and as described. What you’ve mentioned doesn’t sound right and may indicate a quality issue with your pair.

Hi,

We’re sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience. As this was a personalised item, there was additional time required for the design and proofing process before production. Around this time we were also experiencing a very high volume of orders following Black Friday, which unfortunately caused some delays.

Tracking can sometimes take a little time to show the first scan after collection, which can make it appear as though the parcel has not yet been handed over to the courier.

However, we can see the order was delivered and arrived in time for Christmas. We’re sorry if the delay and tracking updates caused concern, and we do appreciate your continued support since then.

When you contacted us, we provided your tracking number and informed you about the slight delay from when your order was collected to it being scanned by the delivery company. We believe this is what you are referring to.
