Wonderful Clinic, I had my consultation for brests augmentation. Everything was explained very well to me. I had to travel then to Lithuania for the surgery. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with the results.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Moda Donna.

I paid for my surgery in advance. After the procedure, I received a hospital invoice showing liposuction performed on only 2 areas: the thighs and the back.

However, Moda Donna later claimed that 6 liposuction units had been performed and used this to justify retaining a significant portion of my payment. Based on the hospital documentation I received, I was not refunded (€3,600) for the additional 4 liposuction units that were not shown on the invoice.

When I challenged this discrepancy, Moda Donna was contacted multiple times by both myself and my solicitor. The only response provided was an invoice and explanation containing information that did not match the hospital invoice. After this, Moda Donna stopped responding to further correspondence from my solicitor regarding the matter.

In addition, my eyelid sutures were removed at Moda Donna by Ramunas Viscinis, the owner of the clinic. I requested evidence of his professional registration and licence to perform this procedure in Ireland, but the information requested was not provided.

I have the hospital invoice, correspondence, and supporting documents so that others can review the evidence for themselves.

Patients deserve transparency, accurate documentation, proper refund calculations, and treatment by appropriately qualified professionals. Unfortunately, my experience has raised serious concerns in all of these areas.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise NOT using this clinic.

I had a very poor experience. The consultation was paid, yet it felt rushed and unhelpful. The clinic is located on the first floor with no lift access, something they did not mention beforehand, which made the visit unnecessarily difficult for personnal reasons.
Although the consultation was supposed to last 30 minutes, it was cut down to around 10 minutes because they said they “couldn’t keep the next customer waiting.” However, when I returned for the actual treatment, I was left waiting for quite a long time.
The treatment itself felt rushed as well. It lasted about 30 minutes, even though this type of treatment typically takes around 45 minutes based on my previous experiences elsewhere. Unsurprisingly, the results were disappointing. When I raised this, I was told I needed at least four sessions — something I know is not necessarily true for this treatment.
I also tried to book additional areas on different days, but was told this wasn’t allowed, which felt unnecessarily restrictive and unprofessional.
Finally, I found a Groupon offer and called to redeem it, only to be told it was for “new customers only,” despite the fact that I had only had one rushed session. They offered no help or flexibility.
Overall, the lack of professionalism, the unhelpful attitude of the staff, poor communication, and rushed service make this a clinic I cannot recommend.

I would like to say a big thank you to Moda Donna for the amazing training in Laser Hair Removal and IPL treatments. Everything was organised at the highest level.
Thank you for your support, knowledge, and friendly atmosphere throughout the training. I highly recommend Moda Donna to anyone who wants to start or improve their career in the beauty industry.

Absolutely fake and rubbish response to my review. They put their own times first over customers. Dear all, do not use this business. Read the reviews of some other women who posted same issues as mine and even paid the deposit and showed up at their business - only to be not seen during their appointment hour. There are reviews down here and in google about this business where in they allowed full booking on days and did not honour some clients appointments who were silly enough to fall for their demands on deposit, who paid it and showed up here only to be told Moda Donna were fully booked. Some had to wait on refunds of deposits for 2 weeks or more owing to the ethos of this business! Avoid and boycott at all costs if you care about yourself and have some standards. Dubious businesses like these with 0 standards and ethics shouldn't be allowed to operate.

I would like to thank the Moda Donna team for their professionalism and for the care and attention they offer to their students. I had the pleasure of completing the Level 4 VTCT Laser Hair Removal and IPL course, and I was extremely satisfied with the lessons, the professionalism of the programme, and my trainer Karina, who provided us with such a valuable experience for our future careers.
They are the best, and I confidently recommend this academy.

Helpful staff and great service with excellent care. They are very flexible with appointments dates and times.

I paid £892 for a Moda Donna fast-track bundle course via bank transfer, which included IPL & Laser Hair Removal (VTCT Level 4) and Anatomy & Physiology (Level 3), with no contract signed. The full bundle cost £1,789, but I only paid the first instalment. After just two lessons, I found the training poor quality, unsuitable for my background, and offered no clear career path. The course is only five days long, but you cannot truly learn anatomy, physiology, or become a competent professional in that time. Most students are non-medical and inexperienced, and the course seems designed only to give them a quick qualification for a job, not real competence.

None of the staff are registered medical professionals, yet they perform invasive treatments such as Botox, microneedling, medium/deep chemical peels, laser, and many others. The “models” were clients receiving discounted treatments, so the school didn’t actually incur real costs. They were also disappointed that I only paid the first instalment, even though it covered part of the discounted bundle.

When I asked for a refund, they refused, hiding behind Terms and Conditions and claiming “resources and teacher time” were allocated. This course feels like a money-grab, not quality training. Students are misled, unprepared, and risk wasting hundreds of pounds. Avoid Moda Donna.

The best academy for beauty in London. I was so afraid where to apply for course level 4 for laser hair removal and I really recommend this academy. My teacher was wonderful- Karina. She follow all of theory and the practise for this treatment also I made so many models to approve my skills and feel more confident. Thank you I really had wonderful time and the staff was so kind and professional. If I have to apply for further levels I will chose again this academy Moda Donna. And my teacher as well. See you soon again.

Good experience I finished Level 4 IPL and Laser Hair Removal with experienced Tutor Karina. It was fast track and she made me sweat😁😁😁 strict but good. Will definitely come back for other courses...

Three years ago I was a model for their sosum filler training. We waited for an hour and a half. No drinks or even water offered. The student whilst injecting my lips kept asking next to me standing Agne ‘am I doing this right? Please could you take a look??’. Agne instead was on her phone blissfully typing away. Avoid this place as a model!!! My top lip left side is still botched and I am seeing a real professional to fix it. I’ve tried to contact them many times. No one called me. Highly unprofessional.

I’ve just completed Level 4 Laser & IPL fast track course, I cannot recommend this course enough. Karina my teacher has been wonderful, always there when you need her, be it in the class or out of hours. She’s very thorough and makes sure you are doing everything correctly which is how it should be. It’s a lot of work to do in a short space of time but is the best way as you tend not to forget things and it sinks in more. If you’re thinking of booking, then do!

I recently had a botox treatment under my eyes, and it was honestly a nightmare. I went in for a little cosmetic touch-up, thinking it would help with the fine lines, but instead, I ended up with puffy, swollen under-eyes that I couldn’t get rid of no matter what. The whole area looked like I’d been crying for days—very unnatural and painful.

To make matters worse, I paid £180 for the procedure, and all I got was regret. I tried cold compresses, eye creams, even some over-the-counter remedies, but nothing worked. I reached out to the clinic for help, but their response was incredibly unhelpful. They didn’t suggest anything that could improve the situation, leaving me feeling even more frustrated and ignored. I’ve never been this disappointed with a cosmetic treatment, and I honestly feel like I wasted my money. The swelling lasted for weeks, and I didn’t even get the smooth, refreshed look I was hoping for.

Now, I’m left dealing with the aftermath and a heavy sense of frustration—especially since the results were the opposite of what I expected. Definitely not something I’ll be doing again.

I really enjoyed the 4 course in Laser Hair Removal & IPL Skin Rejuvenation. There was a lot of hands-on practice, which helped me feel more confident and skilled.

Big thanks to our amazing teacher, Karina! She was always supportive, gave clear advice, guided us through every step, she motivated us with her kind and professional approach. Her help and encouragement meant a lot to me.

I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in professional laser and IPL treatments.

Worst experience ever. Please don't go to this place and waste your time. I booked microneedling with them during Christmas break, and one day before, they called me and asked me to reschedule my appointment. I told them that this appointment was booked weeks in advance, and if they can arrange some other therapist, but they denied and asked if I could come a bit earlier, which we agreed to, and I told them that I have very sensitive skin, so I will use numbing cream for at least 25 mins. They said they would check and confirm but never called back. The day I got a call saying I didn't confirm the appointment, so if I can confirm today, the next appointment available is 28th December after a week. I told them that we agreed on a time yesterday, but they told me I didn't and hung up the phone.

We agreed to the time and date after a week, but I specifically mentioned that I use numbing cream, and when I reached for my appointment, I was told that they don't use numbing cream. The therapist, “Gabriella, went out to check with the manager, “Agme", and came back saying they don't have enough time to use numbing cream, and when I asked if you use numbing cream or not, she was confused and said, “No, they don't, and asked me to cancel my booking, so I asked them to do facial or microdermabrasion. She called her manager “Agme” again and confirmed that they can only offer steaming and extraction, but I paid for microneedling and not for cleansing.

I asked if I could speak with the manager, but she denied saying that she is on holiday and she will not speak with me.

Overall, the disaster place with an unprofessional attitude. The manager did not try to help me at all. I was so frustrated with the whole situation and will not recommend anyone to visit this unprofessional and unpleasant place, and I hope the company reads this review and takes steps to improve the quality of the service.
