If you are not in urgent need for your order that's OK, but I waited 15 days for my delivery,way too long

The item i ordered was too small. I ordered according to their sizing guidelines. When asking for return process, I was told I had to take photoes of the sizing, showing measurements and how it did not fit. This is a reduce lousy process. The dress is too small. I am not going to put on a garment that is too small and take pictures. I am not going to measure the garment and send pictures of the measurements. I informed the company that this was a ridiculous process and requested a return process. I received no response. I currently have a useless garment. Poor customer service.
