your delivery was incorrect 2 items ordered one of them was wrong. I received a range rover not a aston martin v12 speedster as ordered. i have sent the range rover back at a cost of £22.95 which I hope will be refunded.

Having made several purchase's from Model Universe in the past the service has been excellent my last order was as usual was great in fact it arrived a day early . However on receiving the item it was incomplete there was a part missing.
Having following their inquiry procedure here I am three weeks later and it has not been resolved despite e.mail communications I am sorry to say you need to get your act together when it comes to after sales issues

Super fast service, response time and shipping. The item arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. If there was one thing to maybe improve it would be to provide the flexibility to choose less expensive shipping options, even if it meant getting the packaged delivered in 2 weeks or a bit more versus a few days. However I can understand that there are commercial reasons why this may not be available or make sense. All in all, super service, highly recommended doing business with this company.

Looks good cheaply made for the price, Ihave cars with opening doors and feel better put together, for same price, but but looks good , to go with collection
