My item was delivered and then stolen


My item was delivered and then stolen from my property. Admittedly, it arrived. But neither Model Universe nor Royal mail are admitting liability, which to me seems really bad. Why isn't model universe insured against this. Also being over £100 in value I think it should be signed for. So anyone buying from this company please be aware that if said item doesn't land in your hand you'll be writing off your money..

Unfortunately my full address wasn’t


Unfortunately my full address wasn’t put on the delivery and therefore Royal Mail wouldn’t deliver the model , I have tried emailing and messaging on their fb but have nothing back ,
Rather then blaming the customer there was no offer to help or resolve ..
I worked with Royal Mail and have sorted the problem with them directly.

My pre order of the Spark 1/43 scale


My pre order of the Spark 1/43 scale Shadow DN8 Brazil GP 1977 Tom Pryce went very well. Although the wait was fairly long, it was well worth it and Model Universe only charged my card just prior to dispatch and delivery. The model arrived promptly, well packed and in pristine condition. Thank you.
