Modelle are the best!

The team at Modelle are incredibly efficient. Not only was my order picked and packed within hours of being placed, it was dispatched the same day! I have not received that level of service from any business in years. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend Modelle to everyone.

Modelle you guys are amazing! I got my order within like 2 days was super quick! And am enquiring about more dresses for my sister’s wedding. The material and quality is amazing and your service is polite, professional and efficient!

Never shopping from here again

Everytime I’ve purchased something online from here I never received a tracking number or shipping confirmation, and the shipping was 2-3 weeks delayed. Can’t believe it’s happened again and it’s been a month still haven’t received my delivery I’ve rang up the store several times but they keep trying to distract me and saying give us your number we’ll call you back and let you know what’s happening and I never hear from them again. The workers were trying to cover it up by saying there’s a covid delay when last time the manager said it shouldn’t have delayed that long and I should have received it by now. Worst customer service I have ever come across would never shop from here again.

Amazing is an understatement

I love the quality of all the clothes I have purchased and with speedy delivery, I wish I had more money to shop more 😂😍. Love love love.... I would definitely recommend Modelle to anyone.
