Everything with the order was fine, and was shipped quickly. The item I ordered was in the wrong size, so I went through the return process. From the UK, they ask £124 for a shipping return, rather than the £20 for the original order shipping costs.

Purchased a hoodie and pant set. When completing my purchase I accidentally put my old address, contacted via email asking to change my address to current address. Lucy replied very quickly and changed it on her end. Thank you so much Lucy!! Your customer service does not go unnoticed.

Luther sent me a pair of navy blue tracksuit pants and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the legs of the pant lengths off by about 1.5 inches relative to each other! I wish I could attach a photo to show people how poor the product was! It then took them ages to sort the issue out and I still haven't had a resolution. Stay away!

I purchased both the black sweatpants and hoodie and the quality is out of this world! Very soft and thick, it’s a great fit and it holds its shape excellently. It’s thick cotton on the outside and a soft polyester lining on the inside which has been lasting away so far. I am really grateful for this tracksuit, it’s so comfortable and I’ve already gotten so many compliments! they also have great customer service. I emailed asking to change the sweatpants size post order and lucy immediately replied and was very kind doing so :) I ordered them to Ireland and they took about three and a bit weeks including customs, but the wait was definitely worth it. Great company and great clothes and I’m definitely ordering again soon!

Horrible experience with this company. I never received my package that I paid for, and Luther Melbourne would not take responsibility for this and would not refund me. They made the process to receive a refund incredibly difficult. Eventually gave up because going back and forth with them was a waste of my time.
Great quality clothing with fine attention to detail and wonderful fit.
Also, the absolute best customer service I've ever seen. Lucy is the GOAT!

I contacted Luther Melbourne and Lucy responded very quickly, and she happily arranged a free return lable and store credit so we could exchange the item.
On top of this we received a discount code which gave us an extra 10% off!
My daughter loves her clothes, and we are both very happy with the goods and the service we received.
i bought the grey trackies and they’re genuinely the comfiest things i’ve ever worn in my life, so i had to buy the matching hoodie and the shorts too. i actually couldn’t recommend their pieces enough, insane quality!
Lucy was extremely helpful with assisting me with an exchanged. The company really takes care of its customers :) The clothing of this brand is extremely high quality I will be purchasing again!

I have had an incredibly poor experience with Luther Melbourne. I never received the package I paid for, and the company refuses to take any responsibility.
Despite contacting them multiple times, they simply shift the blame onto me and expect me to do all the investigation work myself. They never follow up or provide real answers, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket for something I never received.
It is extremely unprofessional to treat customers this way. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this business!
Customer service is excellent at Luther. So accomodating and always reply promptly.
And the sweats are such great quality, my kids have multiple coloured sets and we also buy them as gifts and everyone loves them!
They were very helpful when I had a problem with my product. They shipped a replacement out immediately no questions asked. 10/10 service.
The worst customer service. I purchased a third pair of trackies from this brand because I loved their original stock. However, after their restock, they completely changed the style and fit. The new version was much bigger, wider, and far less flattering. It also lost the barrel leg look and became a boring, traditional straight leg style.
At first, I thought it was a manufacturing fault. The company later sent out an email admitting the restock didn’t meet their standards, so I assumed it was a one off issue. I returned the item for an exchange in the same size I had previously purchased without any problems, paying $25 to send it back. Unfortunately, I received the exact same pair again.
By this point, I was extremely frustrated. I had removed the tags only because I was assured I would receive the original version, yet I was sent the same redesigned pair that looks nothing like the original style. It felt like a complete waste of money, particularly as I had purchased two different colours.
When I requested a refund, I was told I would need to send the item back again with the tags attached. This was unreasonable given the product had been updated and changed from its original design without proper notification to customers prior to purchase. In situations like this, ACCC consumer guarantees apply, and I would have expected better understanding of these obligations from a business operating in this space.
Overall, this was the worst customer assistance I’ve experienced. There was no understanding or accountability. I will not be purchasing from them again. Buyer beware, their products have changed.
I want to start with the only positive which is the garments we’ve now received as the exchange are beautiful but to get the exchange within their 30 day policy was an absolute ride of constant emails me having to show them that ACCC’s regulations just so that I could get an exchange for an item that they deemed faulty in writing to me. I still have this email if you need to see it.
You try so hard to support local businesses and then they make it so difficult to exchange an item they deemed faulty by their supplier and was exchanged within their 30day policy.
Then we had to wait weeks for the new items in exchange. It’s a shame, because they’re Melb based and I love that!! But given my experience I’ll never refer anyone to them again.
