Got the old bait and switch on glasses ordered I ordered as seen advertised on youtube. When attempted to return was offered a partial refund. When initial offer rejected was offered a better refund claiming there's a restock fee. A reminder to always look for reviews before purchasing now matter how much you want to support smaller shops.

Total scam...I ordered automatically adjusting glasses they are cheap plastic and DO NOTHING THEY ADVERTIZED. WASTED $50. SCAM. Do not buy

I ordered a pair of eyeglasses that supposedly would automatically adjust for optimum vision at various distances. What I received is a pair of plain glasses that don't adjust at all and have zero magnification. I'm going to try and return them for a refund, but based on their dishonest claims I'm not optimistic they'll refund me.

NEGATIVE STARS! DO NOT BUY! RECEIVED UNUSABLE, CHEAP, TERRIBLY MADE PRODUCTS. 100% SHAM. TRIED GETTING A REFUND AND THEY RESPONDED WITH UNETHICAL PRACTICES. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. EMAILED THEM ALL MORNING. VARIOUS NAMES EMAILED BACK WITH SNAKE OIL TACTICS ON DIFFERENT REFUND AMOUNTS OFFERED. FINALLY AFTER GETTING VERY UPSET, THREATENING LEGAL ACTION SEVERAL TIMES, I GOT MY REFUND MINUS THE SHIPPING AND INSURANCE COSTS.

What they advertise versus what I got was nothing close. What they sent was garbage and shipping is a hidden fee, they don't disclose it. Don't buy from them, they are a rip off

Wish I would have looked at the reviews B4 I ordered from them. If I could give a negative review I would They cannot tell me a delivery date or if my item has shipped. And will not issue a refund!

I ordered two sets of Noblu Vision Glasses.

Charges for these appearing on my credit card seemed much higher than those on my order. I then decided to cancel order, but was told that since items had been shipped, I could return them within 30 days for a full refund.

once received, I realized that contrary to TV advertisement, these glasses could not improve vision.

I proceeded to ask for a return label. I was offered to keep the glasses and be refunded for a portion of the total charge. that happened three times with increasing % of refund as I kept on saying no. Finally, I was told that I could keep the glasses and that I would receive a full refund. when checking my credit card for the refund, I noticed that I had only received 2/3 of the initial charge as a refund. when asking about the shortfall, the answer was: " Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, as they have already been paid to the shipping carrier.">

I ordered the Blue Light glasses, but when I received them they were absolutely horrible and made out of just plastic. Very cheap quality. When I asked for a refund I was offered a 40% off and just donate the glasses to someone else if I didn't want them.
Do not buy from these guys. They're terrible. I am calling my bank to get the full refund.

Scammers don’t buy anything from these people .I purchased lotion from them and I have not received the product.Its over a month now .I emailed their support team and did not get any response at all

Definitely a scam and they use different names.

Total scam. I ordered a Vita Knee Reliever massager from modernlifestyleshop.com on December 14, 2025, for $104.93, and it has not arrived to date. Their email read: "Vita Knee Relief!" “We're thrilled to let you know that your order is being fulfilled and will soon be on its way to you! Our team has been working meticulously to prepare everything, and we're confident you'll love your new product.” “Once again, thank you for choosing Vita Knee Relieve! We truly appreciate your business and hope this order brings a smile to your face.” I went to your “Order Details” As you suggested, I tried both of these pages: “You can track your order HERE. Please allow 12-24 hours for the item to show movement updates. “If your tracking info doesn't show in the above link, try THIS.” What I got was: “Dangerous Web Page Blocked. This is a known dangerous webpage. It is highly recommended that you do NOT visit this page.” 2. Could not find tracking info for: YT2534900700211487. Specify another tracking number and try again? If the item I ordered from you hasn’t been delivered and is not operational by December 25, 2025, cancel the order and refund the amount you charged me.

Giving this company one star is being way too generous. I wish I could give them a -10. I ordered two items which looked like perfect Christmas gifts. What arrived could best be described as trash. It bears no resemblance to what was advertised. The workmanship is so sloppy you would think it was done by the kindergarden class. you got me this time, but never again. S. Lagarde, New Orleans

This business is totally not transparent in their return policy nor in being able to track anything about an order. Do not buy anything from them.

I received a product that was basically worthless and with the customer paid shipping and restocking charge of 15%, the credit offered was in fact better than trying to return. However there is a lot of discrepancy between what the representative told me and the website regarding when I will get my money back.

Should have checked Trustpilot before I made my purchase! I ordered what I thought was a hand-blown class coffee cup. It looked nothing like the picture in their add. It was half the size and looked like it was hand painted by a 3-year-old. Waste of money! This site is a scam.

One coffee cup came broken. The service rep asked me for the order number. Within 5 seconds of my looking for it, he hung up on me. And when he answered I was sure I woke him up from whatever country he was from.

Shipping fees were undisclosed and cost 12% of my purchase price.
Exorbitant for such a small item.

If Zero star was an option, it would be a worthy one for this place. It takes them over 2 weeks to deliver their product and they have the worst return policy with you paying your own shipping and they have a 15% restocking fee - that is if they return anything back to you. Avoid buying anything from them.

The book coffee cups are hooky. Way smaller than pictures, not completely painted. They won’t even hold 8 oz. So disappointed. So bad I can’t even give as gift.

Scam outfit, deceptive advertising, you do not get the products you order. Company goes under several names, with bogus phone numbers and bogus email addresses.

It took 18 emails and me informing them I would report them to the better Business Bureau (BBB) that they finally agreed to refund me my entire charge. This all happened in the past few days. We will see if I get my refund. I'm glad I found this site and will be using it in the future.
