I was recommended this place from a "friend" who works with them here in Norway, had to pay 750 euro in deposit to her. I trusted her because she helped me with an other treatment in Istanbul.

Worst clinic from the dental treatment, to service all over. 10 years warranty is completely bulls***!! Only to get costumers... I was there in late november, as soon as i got my veneers, i saw that my front tooth had discoloration, and the fitting was poorly done. I also got the wrong color. I had to go to new place and pay and do it all over again. Because of their bad work my gums were so infected and bleeding. While my front tooth was turning more and more gray, showing symptoms of nerve damage because of lacking prep work..They also forced me to make a video for them to say how happy i was, and i said no at least 10 times. They followed me and would not take no for an answer. And posted it without my permission. They take no accountability what so ever, and try to blame the pasient. They never gave me the paperwork they promised over email. No receipt no nothing.

After complaining they told me the swelling in my gums were hormonal changes and i could buy a cream to fix the problem😂

After my new dentist wrote that this was completely wrong and told them the problem they said they would check with the dentist who did my teeth, and i never heard back from them. My so called "friend" also stopped replying me after we wrote a complaint. Probably because she knew they would do this.

Wish i could post pictures here of the before and after. It was so BAD.

This clinic is amazing. I had a very positive experience with everything.
Hasan was extremely helpful with coordinating my treatment plan as well as my hotel and transportation needs.
He also answered my calls anytime day or night. Please ask for him by name. The clinic is amazing and the staff is very professional.

dommage la clinique et l’accueil sont bien ainsi que les soins mais ATTENTION !!! il vous délivre une garantie à vie qui n’existe pas ! j’ai une dent qui c’est fissurée apres 5 mois! …. je les ai averti et ils ne répondent plus!!! vous serez black listé…..donc publicité mensongère pour la garantie et le suivi client n’existe pas…. It's a shame, the clinic and reception are good, as are the treatments, but BEWARE!!! They offer a lifetime guarantee that doesn't exist! I had a tooth crack after 5 months! I warned them and they're no longer responding!!! You'll be blacklisted... So, false advertising regarding the guarantee and nonexistent customer support...
